Countless games year in and year out have teams down by double digits then making it close at the end.

That's why it's March Madness. Survive and advance.

Great game, Harvard.

I'm a Spartan fan but I always liked Tommy Amaker. Seems like a good guy and if Harvard hadn't played MSU I would have been rooting for them.

Tonight was a good test. Glad they overcame some adversity. I still like their chances at winning it all this year. Team is just so talented, and Izzo is great in the tournament.

Does anybody know if AT&T has a family plan that might offer 4 lines that could share 10 GB of data? If so, why aren't they aggressively advertising this?

Fun games today. That Dayton win was absolutely nuts.

Got every game right today except the one that I couldn't (UConn vs. Villanova because I had St. Joseph's beating UConn). 7/8 Sweet Sixteen teams right so far, not too shabby considering last year at this point my bracket was already in shambles.

This is pretty much over for Villanova. Unless they actually start running an offense and Napier dies before the end of the game.

Whelp Napier down. Now only if Villanova decides to actually run an offense.

are you magic?
:( it was the only way Villanova had a chance. I don't care either way. Still it is just 1 out of 2. They still have to actually do something on offense.

well, on the bright side, I only picked Villanova to make the Sweet 16
on the other hand, I have Iowa State making the Final Four
oh boy

Wish I would have went to the Bradley center tonight. One heck of an atmosphere. Still great to watch on TV. Here is hoping Wisconsin can make a deep run.

Also, the Bo half time motivation is hilarious:

At halftime, Ryan asked players how they wanted to feel on the bus ride back to Madison. Hard work, especially with transition defense, could result in a happy bus. Anything less, and the hourlong ride would feel like days.

Ryan had one final question before excusing the players for second-half warm-ups: Who is the best defensive player in the room?

"I'm the best defensive player in the room," he told the team. "I got a technical. They made their 14th straight free throw or 13th and then they missed the second one. I'm the only guy that got them to miss. I think some of the guys looked at me like, 'Did he just say that?'

"I said that to loosen them up. Maybe it did."
