Nick Foles had a 7 td game that year with the Eagles, Matt threw for 150 yards, 0 TDs, and 3 picks with the exact same offense. He really has to be one of the worst QBs of all time. Foles is terrible and yet he looked like a god in that offense.

That's a deceiving stat. Pitts D is actually pretty decent right now.

Nobody is able to run on them, and opponents are playing them from behind. they're pretty much forcing teams to throw the ball. I know it's only week 3 but so far they're number 1 in redzone defense, and honestly, thats the only defensive stat that matters. You can throw 800 yards on them, doesn't mean anything though if you can't score points. The best news for Wentz is probably that they haven't got their pass rush going yet.

You have to remember these guys go up against one of the best offenses in the league every week during practice. They are good, and will continue to improve.

Conversely, I feel like the Eagles D ranking isn't accurate. They're currently ranked 4th overall, and they've been dominant. But they've been playing the Browns and Bears, both with pretty weak OL. Steelers have one of the best OL in the league, so the 4 man pass rush might not be enough. And without that, our secondary is too weak to defend it. If I were the Steelers I'd just run no huddle 4 WR sets and kill the secondary. Steelers will show how good this defense really is.

If he's worse than the likes of someone like Cade McNown, that will be a new low for the Bears.

I seriously cant wrap my head around how much Kelce has regressed. He went from probowl center to worst center in the league in 2 years and it isnt even like he is old and his skills deteriorated. Yeah, I think it's just this style doesn't work with Kelce's skillset. You think back to 2013 and 2014, and along with having 2 great guards next to him, he mostly spent time pulling and flattening LBs and Safeties, because Shady would usually bounce it outside and make people miss. He's undersized for a center, Seumalo has a rookie build so he needs to put on muscle, but he has 20 lbs on Kelce already. When we switched to Murray and Mathews and tried doing more downhill stuff, he started facing 310+ lb DTs instead of LBs and Safeties, and he just gets pushed around. He's currently the worst rated C in the NFL, and I'd believe it. Even if Seumalo is just as bad, I'd rather a rookie be making those mistakes and learn rather than someone who's clearly on the decline.
