NFL GAF that's rooting for the Texans - we also need 100 team rushing yards (free McNuggets) and 2 touchdowns (free monster taco from Jack in the Box).
I will happily say that Wenyz is going to be better then both Flacco and Brock, the point is that being better then those guys is a super low bar. Hopefully he turns out great but it is way to early to have any idea at all. Bobby Hoying looked great his first few starts and then totally petered out. Nick Foles had a great first season and now 3 years later is almost out of the league. It takes a long time to get a real sense of how a QB is going to do. Lets see what happens after DC's get 3 or 4 games worth of tape on him and can really analyze his strengths and weaknesses.
Hoying and Foles were third round picks. Wentz was picked number 2 overall. Generally when third round picks look good early it's worth being a bit more cautious since the list of third round QBs panning out is very short. Neither of those guys had/have Wentz's physical tools. And neither were reading defenses and making checks at the line in their first two starts.
Look, everyone knew that Wentz had the physical tools to be a starter in this league. The question was whether he could transition to the speed of the NFL after playing in the FCS. Say what you will about the Browns and Bears talent level but both teams would shit all over an FCS team. And not only has Wentz adjusted, he has been the Eagles' best offensive player in both games! And this in only his first two starts. How will he look when he's had 20 starts? His ceiling is incredibly high right now.
I get that you don't want to get burned on a guy who looks promising only to have them flame out. But I think this is different than those other times. A lot different.
If Brissett is as good as we all know he will be, how many first round picks will the Pats trade for this year? They should trade all 3 QBs for 2 1st rounders each and spend them all trading up to get McCaffrey.

I won't answer this question because I am too biased, but is AB is in the same conversation as guys like TO and Randy Moss (arguably the last really great receivers in the game) based on his past 3 seasons of work?
To me he has now separated himself and is clearly the best receiver in the game, but it is hard to say where he ranks among the all time greats (for what he has currently done). I mean he is not going to HOF yet because he has not played enough games and done enough in the league to even be in that conversation. Just talking about how good he is currently.
He reminds me of TO and Moss in their primes because you just cannot guard him with a traditional defense.
I don't think he is as good as Moss was, but I think he is up there with TO and other receivers in that space.
Impressive:I perform technical analysis and cost-effectiveness studies for a wide variety of energy efficiency projects performed everywhere from NFL stadiums to [insert large tech firm name here because I'm not at liberty to say their name] data centers.
Unimpressive:I punch numbers into Excel for 6 hours a day

I think he has to do it for longer. He's the best like how Andre Johnson/Larry Fitzgerald/Calvin Johnson were the best for a while, but I wouldn't put him there with Moss yet.
black man shot dead by a police officer -> conflicting reports about whether or not the victim was armed -> peaceful protests -> riots -> next day -> peaceful protests -> someone got shot in the head during the peaceful protests -> riots
As of now, the league and the Panthers don't plan on moving the game. (Best believe they're gonna have it locked down like Fort Knox if its in Charlotte though).
If things get more untenable, they have the options to move it to Clemson or Columbia.
Or they could play a zero attendance game like the Os did during the Baltimore protests.

If he can keep up his current production (1400+ yd seasons minimum) for the next 5 years I'd say yeah. People like Fitz, Megatron, and others you'd think are the best were dominant for stretches, but had off years. If AB can consistently produce I'd put him up there.
