2 different us appeals courts decided that the comish could just suspend anyone he wants regardless of what the evidence says? That doesn't seem very likely.

"Our role is not to determine for ourselves whether Brady participated in a scheme to deflate footballs or whether the suspension imposed by the Commissioner should have been for three games or five games or none at all. Nor is it our role to second-guess the arbitrator's procedural rulings," Judge Barrington D. Parker wrote in the majority opinion. "Our obligation is limited to determining whether the arbitration proceedings and award met the minimum legal standards established by the Labor Management Relations Act."

"Even if an arbitrator makes mistakes of fact or law, we may not disturb an award so long as he acted within the bounds of his bargained-for authority," the court said.

Which article? The yahoo one references scientists from all over the country. I'm not going to keep talking about this because your mind was made up when the first tweet went out but at least read the shit before dismissing it.

Jacoby Brissett can play, but his deep balls lack touch and accuracy, that was a consistent flaw in his game during the two years I watched him QB my college team. Load the box, don't play cover 2, and force him to chuck it deep. Texans should win this if they play smart.

The whole article is about the findings by a scientist at MIT...it's not like the author's bias is effecting those.
The M in MIT stands for Massachusetts does it not?

Author of the Yahoo article:

Wetzel is a native of Norwell, Massachusetts and a 1994 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was editor of the campus newspaper (The Daily Collegian) and majored in political science.[1][2]

And the scientists (most of them, i'm sure the guy at UNH is at least) referenced in these articles aren't Pats fans so what's your point?

I'm not saying they're willfully fudging it.

But being in proximity to so much cheating and evil could be subconsciously affecting them. Or they could be making these claims to save themselves from a Hernandez-ing.

I'm just saying. There's something going on there. I'm just asking questions.

Hernandez was framed tho

Once you destroy evidence you're pretty much basically admit that you are guilty under any legal circumstance. Not only that, but we all know based off of past cheatings that the Patriots Organization and the Patriots players are all cheaters. Heck, Tom Brady, the man you are so desperately defending is a Trump fan, and you can't even blame that on the CTE!

Why do you think no other organizations has had 2 major cheating scandals under the same regime!?

Of course you won't get the same results when Mars and Mercury are in retrograde. Wait for the planets to realign in 2074 and retest under the proper conditions!

As an Astronomy student I can confirm that the positions of the planets could *potentially* alter the atmospheric conditions in Boston, Mass in such a way that they could conceivably alter the pressure of inflated balls within a 3 hour window.

Texans need to win this game. Losing would mean they are still mental midgets and can't handle a big moment. A blowout is asking too much, but they need to and should win

Nah. Fuckball is boring stale shit. See Packers/Vikings.

We have different definitions of fuckball.

Fuckball requires 6+ turnovers in a single night. Also boneheaded plays but Terrance Williams isn't playing in this game so I'm gonna need someone else to step up.

Texans' scratches: Braxton Miller, Duane Brown, Brian Cushing, Oday Aboushi, Eddie Pleasant, Brandon Weeden, Devon Still

No Cushing and Still is problematic.

Texans eatin some brisket

No I was referring to the article where they quoted scientists from all across the country that disagreed with Exponent's conclusions.

I might have been thinking of this article from yahoo since this has the quoted scientists though
The problem with cheaters is without a whistleblower you are almost never going to be able to prove anything to 100%. Because the cheaters are liars and are trying to hide their actions from others. They are not dumb. They know it would be punished if caught.

That's why the report itself says that they did not prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. Again because it is very hard to catch cheaters in the act. But this ain't no criminal court and all of the shady as fuck actions, testimony and deflection were enough that any reasonable person would conclude that the Pats are cheating fucks, even if not caught red handed.

We all make these judgments every day in our lives. Pats fans are in denial because they don't wan to admit that cheer for a Cheating Trump supporter.

Maybe. I generally see fuckball as sloppy uninspired play. I'm fine with turnovers and sloppy play if the game is still being actively called in a competitive nature.

I'm just messin' with ya. Anyway, how come you're not around much anymore? Job getting you too tired?

Job keeps me super busy and life problems.
Girl problems.

I've also been trying to catch up on my backlog of shows/games by staying off of GAF after work. I managed to finish Daredevil and put in a lot more episodes towards Food Wars.
