It's been a while since I played the game but I remember using only a texture pack and a very simple Reshade, both worked well in the HD Collection.

This game is all over the place. I swear some of the textures in the game came from the old Nintendo DS version of the original Race Driver: Grid.

The green filter is also ridiculous, you can account for it, but the lense flare effect is literally green so you have to shut that off too and the only way to do so is to set post-processing to low which also kills a bunch of wanted effects.
