So are Miiverses separated between WiiU and 3DS? Or can WiiU owners look at 3DS Miiverse posts and vice-versa?
You can see both Wii U and 3DS posts in your feed regardless of which console you are using.

MH3U doesn't support screenshots, but we don't know about MH4.
So screenshots. Do they work offline?
Tried in the subway, and nope.
In Offline mode, you can only save up to three posts (text or drawing) but no image.
Looks like I'm not making an NNID then (I need offline screenshots, their exclusion is as logical as releasing a region locked portable...). Sorry I won't be there to yeah all the 50Hz sux posts in the LTTP community...Tried in the subway, and nope.

The message means you can't link say a Canadian account to a European or Japanese system since the country settings do not correspond. In other words if you link an NNID it has to be the same country (for the reason the NNID only has one wallet so currency must be the same).Okay guys, I need a quick answer to this. I read how you can't change shops once you make a nintendo ID. I'm going through the process of creating a Nintendo ID now and the following message is showing up:
You can only create or link a Nintendo Network ID with country settings corresponding to your current region settings on this system.
Does it mean for instance, I won't have problems using the British eShop if I might live there in the future, since the country is in the same region as the one I'm currently living in?
Or does it really mean that I'm locked with the Dutch store for good?
I've never switched accounts before really, but this will create problems if I live in the UK or a different EU country.
Indeed. Now the other thing that needs to be fixed is the volume slider, but I doubt a system update will be able to chamge that.L + R to activate camera? Even without Miiverse this is the greatest update ever.

As for your other question. If you make a Dutch NNID you have to keep using the Dutch eShop (keep your country set to Netherlands) and pay in Euros. There is no IP lock.
Going into speculation now. If you wanted to use the UK eShop I guess you would have to unlink your NNID (but would this delete anything? I thought NNID held purchases on Wii U) and create another one but that might also eat any funds in your wallet (which is odd, as the way I see it the wallet gets moved to the NNID). I would love to someone to experiment with this. I have over £40 on the eShop so won't.
Another thing is this against EU law single market and that. If I can figure out which laws exactly I might contact the European Commission as you can use Link's Awakening as a perfect example. Under NNID a German user can not buy an English version. Then again given NNID is optional (you only need it to use features of the system) it might slip through that net.
When you get to the place you want to take a screenshot of, press HOME, go to Miiverse, and hit Post. On the post screen, there will be a button in the top-right corner that lets you add a screenshot to your post.Sorry if already being asked but how do you take screenshots? I can't do it in AA5?
Is anyone else having problems downloading the Mii Plaza update? I've gotten an error message about 10 times now.
While the game is running, press Home and open up Miiverse. You should automatically be sent to the AA5 community. Make a new post, and in the top right corner there's an icon you can tap to add a screenshot.Sorry if already being asked but how do you take screenshots? I can't do it in AA5?
Well, now I can't get into the eshop. Seems like a lot of people are having this issue. I hope Nintendo fixes it soon.
This brings to mind two things:
1). Is there such a thing as PG-13 Miiverse communities? Has a game even been released on the Wii U that's had considerably risque content? There's certain games you simply can't expect to have totally family friendly communities. Does Nintendo seem to mind?
2). Now that Miiverse is on the 3DS, I wonder how future games will integrate it? Or if we'll ever see things like WW HD's bottles, 3D World's stickers, etc.
have you guys experienced the similar situation ?, guess nintendo server got stuck or something ?

In order to save the screenshot, you'll have to view your post in a browser and save the image.
Eh? AA5 supports screenshots.Sweet, it'll be nice to have a social network of sorts on the 3DS.
AA5 not supporting screenshots SUCKS though. It would have allowed people to pull clean images out of the game.![]()

So, does this mean that games bought through the eShop will be tied to your account instead of the system now, or am I still going to have to keep not buying anything from Nintendo digitally?

Besides... Where the hell is the Kid Icarus Uprising community?!?
Don't think anyone has been able to download yet, the eShop is offline
does anyone know what the MiiPlaza update adds? more interested in that tbh
Yep, it's a bit frustrating to be honest.i managed to do system update and linked NNID, miiverse seems works perfectly
however i always got errors when try to open eShop and update Mii Plaza

Ah, good to know. I kept getting error messages. BTW: Saw you on Miiverse and decided to follow you
Is it just me, or is the menu UI much sharper? My game icons don't look quite as blurry and stretched any more on my XL.

eshop is down huh? I was using this to check status http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/network/en_na/network_status.jsp
I have used a UK debit card on the South African and Australian eShop (and the Japanese Wii Shop). The thing to bear in mind is your bank will charge you for foreign currency transactions (check these policies out beforehand) which might make it slightly more expensive (or slightly cheaper, NOE use 1.1 EUR = 1 GBP for setting prices)I see. I normally use different shops on PSN but never really bothered with the eshop.
It sounds more complicated to get clear answers. I'm only worried about not being able to purchase stuff in the future because I might not have access to Dutch eshop cards or maybe you're not allowed to have a Dutch CC overseas (?). But, it shouldn't be a problem to use my Dutch CC in the UK and can continue buying stuff that way, if it is possible to keep your CC that is? Or, it shouldn't be a problem to use a UK CC on a Dutch eshop?
Sorry if the questions sound silly, just making sure in case I move to another country.
So can anyone confirm screenshots for games?
I downloaded it earlier, but still have no idea what it does.
