I really need to pick up my reading speed again...
I liked Licoln though it didn't really help me with understanding American Politics any better... then again I don't get German politics either...
Despicable Me was actually quite funny. I was sceptical since the friend who recommended it to me normally has a really different taste in movies than I do. But I laughed quite a bit and think that the funny moments make up for the sometimes overly cute and predictable story.
As for Cloud Atlas I haven't read the book and hope that I have not ruined it for me, but the movie was quite good. I did think though that I would have liked it better if the single stories would have been told in larger portions instead of constantly switching.
