wikia doesn't allow hotlinkig pics anymore so they shrink them to tiny

I re-upload most pics to Imgur just out of habit so I don't get a pesky hotlink message.

So for you that re upload images when you save the them what is the best file to use? JPEG will slightly decrease the quality no? Goes imgur compress the images at all or not?

i use cubeupload for most pics and imgur for stuff over 5megs

I usually save it in its native extension. Yeah Imgur compresses them somewhat but it isn't noticeable to me.

You can probably be safe by uploading GIFs there and if you have high resolution photos, just use Flicker or some other site.

I just had the weirdest GAF glitch happen to me. I was in the Courage the Cowardly Dog thread when suddenly my beautiful Flower avatar changed into this bearded dude in his 20s with over the ear headphones. I was like "WTF!? Is this some GAF punishment? Did I do something wrong?" Then quickly I thought to myself "oh shit, I've been hacked and someone is messing with me".
Quickly I jump to my computer (I was on my phone) to see what the hell is going on. Go to the same thread. Avatar back to normal. Still, I changed my password and re uploaded my avatar.

I had sweet dumplings with strawberries inside today. Twas delicious.

I've had that happen. My avatar suddenly became the Planescape: Torment logo, but only on mobile safari. It's a glitch. It changes back eventually.
