I'm ready.

I want to see Cranston and Danes winning it. I don't care about the rest.

Aaron Paul over Giancarlo for me, also.

Can we just not give out some of the comedy awards and repurpose them towards drama this year? It's not that there wasn't good stuff in comedy this year, but the nominations are frequently meh and drama kicked ass this year.

Breaking Bad can win everything, though; I'd be okay with that.

I'll be skipping this, like every awards show that isn't the Oscars.

But give Cranston, Paul and BB all the awards, I say! Will check out the winners tomorrow.

It got one for its last episode in the writing category.

Not that it makes it any better.

Not true...
Middle Ground was nominated for best teleplay.

-EDIT-

Oh yeah, the finale was nominated too.

So The Wire received two nominations for its writing. And this was over the course of its five season span?

The show never received a Best Drama nomination.

Even Greys Anatomy got a nom for Best Drama.

Greys Anatomy.

Ooh I am hyped.

Common Christine Baranski!

Shame The Good Wife Isn't up for best Drama this year. Want it to win at least once before its over.

Game's rigged, yo.

So don't take them seriously. I don't see the problem.

Is American Horror Story actually good?

Anyway, really pulling for Jon Hamm but I think Cranston will take it again. Wouldn't be surprised if Breaking Bad sweeps their nominated categories.

The good news for Hamm is that his show is going to run one television season longer than Cranston's, so he should get his Emmy in Mad Men's final season in 2014.

Breaking Bad S5 P2 and Mad Men S7 will both be eligible for Emmys in 2014, so nope. I do think that Hamm still has a shot in the future, though, since S5 P1 doesn't have a Cranston submission episode as strong as Crawl Space and BB will have been off the air for more than a year by the time its final Emmys roll around.

Really Hamm should have won last year. :/

It's terrible, but in a very watchable and fascinating way.

Yeah, I'm expecting Cranston to completely show his asshole for the entirety of the final season. Won't be close.

Still, Hamm should have won for The Suitcase. Give it to him this year to right that wrong.

Two wrongs don't make a right. It would be criminal for Cranston not to be recognised.

Okay, so then it will be:

2012 Emmy's - Cranston
2013 Emmy's - Hamm
2014 Emmy's - Cranston

Book it. Cranston with the Emmy for all 5 seasons of Breaking Bad. Goddamn.

I quite like Hamm. He was badass in The Town.

But don't fuck with BB. Mad Men just doesn't fly with me.

Cliche but bolding who I WANT to win. Not who I think will win or who should win,

I do legit feel bad for Hamm. He KILLS it in Mad Men year after year but one simply can't deny cranston so he keeps getting left out lol.

It's bullshit Louis CK only got nominated for one award.

He's actually been nominated for SEVEN awards:

Lead Actor in a Comedy Series
Directing for a Comedy Series ("Duckling")
Writing for a Comedy Series ("Pregnant")
Special-Class Program (or whatever it's called) (Live at the Beacon Theater)
Writing for Special-Class Program
Directing for Same
Editing for Same

He's broken the record for most nominations for a single person in a year.
