I'm scared to watch a WWII film with a Nolan sound mix. All ADR is going to be done through an actual WWII-era radio receiver and he'll make a featurette about it and people will praise him for his artfulness and authenticity while I can't hear what the fuck people are saying.

Does it matter? Both versions of Bane's voice were garbage. I still don't understand how Nolan keeps making $200m tentpole films with such shoddy soundmixes.
But would it be better than Hacksaw Ridge?

Went to see Interstellar there in 70mm and it was the worst movie going experience of my life. Almost walked out right away

Bane might have been hard to understand on the original prologue, but at least he didn't sound like a bad parody of Sean Connery.

They won't, as Dunkirk isn't in 3D and the only digital IMAX presentations are in 3D.
As far as the film IMAX goes, do NOT go see it in IMAX Dome aka OMNIMAX. It'll be distorted. Also the screen panels will be visible during bright scenes.

Not planning on seeing Rogue One in IMAX (on the fence about seeing it at all) but I'm still super excited for Dunkirk. Chris Nolan's my boy.

Still means you'd more than likely need to see it in 3D though :/

Last time I checked, Cameron shoots his entire film in 3D. Not just select scenes.
