Listening to The Uncanny Valley now. Good stuff. I need to listen to it a few more times though before I can decide which tracks I like best.

Femme Fatale is definitely one of my favourites. Venger, Disco Inferno and The Cult of 2112 are cool, too.

Also, the "Arcade Version" of Future Club (one of the bonus tracks) is pretty awesome as well.

The Uncanny Valley is fire, great album. Really liked Neo Tokyo, Venger, Death Squad, Disco Inferno, Sentient .. fuck it, all the tracks.

Loving Uncanny Valley. Venger and Femme Fatale are beautiful. Everything else is solid as well. It doesn't feel like the album has a coherent theme like I Am the Night, but I don't mind as long as every song is strong and each flows well from one to the next.

Album is blowing my mind, listened basically nonstop since it dropped.

I've listened to Dangerous Days, I Am the Night, and Terror 404 again and again and again these last several months. Really brilliant stuff, to be honest. It's not just "oh, this is good for indie music". Perturbator is just good, period.

Perturbator for Cyberpunk 2077 ost would be crazy

Yes.

Man, Uncanny Valley is so good.

I love, LOVE Souls at Zero, such an offbeat and surreal track. Perturbator is awesome with the heavy hitters, but his more atmospheric tracks are way better.

Uncanny Valley didn't live up to my ridiculous expectations but is still great. Really love Death Squad & Femme Fatale the most. Bonus EP is damn damn good too, Vers/us is amazing.

Yeah, tracks like Last Kiss and Fantasy are quite under-rated. I want a whole album of some of the softer tracks. They end up being more memorable too.

Overall though, really like the album. I just want the tracks to be embedded more in my head, like the rest of his albums are. :p

Re-listening to the album.

I don't really like the first three tracks (Neo Tokyo, Weapons for Children, Death Squad). I like how aggressive Neo Tokyo is, but it's too chaotic. Not something you can really dance or headbang to.
Disco Inferno isn't as good as I thought when first listening to it.
She Moves Like a Knife, Sentient and The Cult of 2112 are OK but nothing special.
My favorites so far are Femme Fatale, Venger and Diabolus Ex Machina.
Assault has a good second half but a boring first half :/
Souls at Zero is very interesting but also very different from the rest of the album. I'd like an album with more tracks like this.

So, after hearing the main album for 6 times or so, I feel this is equal to the previous outings, if not better. It's right up there, especially, with I Am the Night, in tone and spirit. The sound's darker, heavier, yet experimental, and I love it.

Choice tracks: Death Squad, Femme Fatale, Sentient, Venger, Assault, Souls at Zero and The Uncanny Valley.

Femme Fatale, Sentient, Assault.

I think Uncanny Valley is only decent after a couple listens. As other have said, too many of the songs just aren't memorable and the album sounds kind of samey overall. Which is interesting, since Perturbator said this would be more varied than Dangerous Days, but I'm not hearing it (except for one or two songs like Femme Fatale).

I've listened to Dangerous Days over 100 times, so I had really high expectations for this album. Hopefully it grows on me.

That bonus ep is pretty great. I mean the first 3 tracks + VERS/US could have replaced some of the weaker stuff in the main album imo.

Greta and Hayley are amazing vocalists. Wish the album had a track by Isabella as well.

Really lovely. I'd like an album full of songs featuring them.

Was just listening to the bonus tracks and thinking the same thing.

Vile World, The Church, Consecration, VERS/US are all very good and could have replaced a couple of of the more generic "dance/bang" tracks.

Considering the complaints of "samey", I like all the tracks but an overriding theme could have worked well. The track has two sort of "synth" vocal tracks that could have been expanded into a theme that ran throughout.

I still think the album is really good though.

As much as I like the bonus EP, the production is weaker and more muted than the main album. Versus sounds a whole lot better than the first three tracks, however.

For sure. There's a reason why perturbator has been my favorite artist for a while.

My order on bloodmusic shipped about 10 hours ago too. Hype.

Hmm, I'm a bit lukewarm on the album after the first few listens.

There's certainly a handful of great tracks on there, but some of the more heavier tracks just kind of blend together and don't really stand out.

Venger is my favourite at the moment. Love the vocals on that one.

I've been listening to it all day. I would say it's a perfect blend of I Am The Night and Dangerous Days. A lot of the heavy, dark, brooding sound with a lot of the melodies found in Dangerous Days. Probably a bit more closer to I Am The Night in tone, but the scope of Uncanny Valley is a lot more grand and focused than everything else. Can't get enough of it, but here's to wishing more of the upbeat styles of Sexualizer and Night Driving Avenger.

Haha, Facebook took off the album's bandcamp link on Blood Music, Perturbator and Gost's page. Protecting us from vile content as always.
