I am a multiplatform gamer, always have been, I have a PS5 but Its just for exclusives. I got into Xbox like many through Halo, I had a PS2 and hated on the Xbox calling it the brickbox ect at school. I played Halo in Toys R Us in a lovely place called Basildon and I needed an Xbox. I saved £10 a week from my paper round untill I could get it and just slowly drifted from PS to Xbox. I played both online (big up any Medal Of Honor Rising Sun online crew on PS2) but once Halo 2 came out and the 360 golden era kicked in that was me fully over to Xbox as my main. I made some good friends during that time aswell so its always my social console.
By the time the Xbox One was out I was in the army and most of my mates there got the Xbox One aswell and when at regiment we would play BF4 and Rainbow Six Seige.

I havnt had a reason to go back to PS as my main since, now as everythings an Xbox my PC is becoming my main along with my Rog Ally X.

Plus its just such a beast, I love to play games on the most powerfull console in the world 💪🟢.

Xbox is definitely doomed. 1 year ago I bought one.

I am a harbinger of Doom customer. I had a zune just in time for it to go belly up. Same for windows phone. Whatever I buy, it whithers away

So for that one I was going for something a little different, but it didn't really work... and one of the four images decided to put Phil into the tighty greenies so I posted the happy little accident.

I tried that prompt after getting this image as an outtake.. I thought hey good thinking AI put Sydney on a controller cord leash:

Totally fair.

I have a lot of history with Xbox but it's just hard for me to support them now as they've taken away every reason for me to buy their console, and they have dragged my favorite IPs through the mud over and over. Halo is one of my favorite series of all time and what they did to it is astounding to me, Gears I loved but The Coalition games simply do not understand what Gears is about and have made it "modern" in a way that I don't like (I'm not saying this because of Kait, I'm saying this from a standpoint that Gears was always about like this masculinity and a group of very well written characters going through war together, and now it's about this extremely poorly written character and lost what made the game what it was. Plus the OG trilogy had strong female characters that weren't poorly written and actively dragging their games down), and even Forza is now a shadow of what it was. I know the latest Motorsport got better over time but it's still shit, and even Horizon which is actually my favorite racing franchise after GT isn't what it was. I know people love FH5 but to me it's simply a reskin in a boring map, with rehashed events, and terrible writing and characters.

I want Xbox to give me a reason to buy their consoles, and to be a fan again as I've put so much time into Xbox consoles/games over the years. Hell, I've bought every single console and variation they have ever made with the exception of Xbox 360 E and some I've actually bought multiple times.

Im with you with your feelings for Xbox and the IP they have tarnished, although there good games there just not amazing any more.


I was in the Kings Royal Hussars , the most powerfull regiment in the world 🐴💪.
