I think I'm already at the point where I'm not longer going to just buy 3 years worth like I did a few years ago. When my current sub expires in October, I'll probably just buy a month or whatever here and there as games I want come out.

Should've killed gamepass years ago and went all in on exclusive content and selling exclusive content. They've dug the hole so deep now, that they're sinking into the abyss and will never escape it. Gamepass has sunk the xbox brand and devalued it beyond repair honestly and they're going to have to keep raising the price of it to justify it.

I'll also say that if xbox would've killed off gamepass and made doom the dark ages, Indiana jones, oblivion remake, etc pc and xbox exclusive then they'd be in a MUCHHHHHH better spot right now then they're. They'd have good game after good game supplementing the brand and they could've been a force to be reckon with vs playstation.

This is the issue with all subscription services. They never stop raising their prices. Instead of buying 2-3 new games per year like most people, or games that you can find discounted a year after release, corporations like Microsoft have found a way to sell you the idea of having access to stuff you'll never own to gurantee you pay more than you usually would if you bought your games normally.
