I know there's not really any news to talk about at the moment as we wait for more players to try to meet up with each other or for Sean to tweet literally anything at all, but I would actually like to see this thread stay open because it is still something actively not proven or disproven.

No, they've said before that they don't save any changes made to planets except for you personally, locally.
So even if it was multiplayer and someone was right there by your penis statue and you stood next to it dancing around, they would see a huge intact mountain, and to them you would probably be invisible due to intersecting the ground. All that area you carved out that's solid to them.

$48 is normal Amazon Prime or Best Buy GCU price. I know not everyone has access to those savings but it's not that crazy.
I'm in the "there is no multiplayer" boat due to them removing reference to it on boxes and PSN Store... but about the network capture thing... maybe when you warp, which has a long "loading" type delay, maybe it is actually doing matchmaking. And if it fails, you won't see anyone. If it succeeds, there is ONE player somewhere in your region... in space or on a planet. Good luck finding them.
