Oh okay. So we can feel for him because he played football before killing a bunch of people.
Got it
He wasn't on suicide watch.
I guess he wasn't as tough as he seemed.
I guess he fooled everyone into thinking he wasn't thinking about doing it?
Never heard of the guy, but the whole thing sounds all kinds of fucked up. Ppl in the thread talking CTE: was he a boxer or football player or something?
I guess he fooled everyone into thinking he wasn't thinking about doing it?
what a waste of a life
To end the argument Hernandez kept it "Code of the streets" and only tussled with other street dudes and no innocents; the double murder was over random fudes spilling a drink...
Phew thank Goodness you're here to remind everyone!

Weren't the two from the double murder he was acquitted of also in gangs themselves?
toughness has nothing to do with suicide thooooo
Guy could have had the greatest life
Money, fame, championships
Threw it all away because of his past, that just gets you sometimes
What a waste of life but a lesson for everyone out there
Really? He did a good thing. Saves the resources of the state and the mental anguish of everyone involved.
Don't know much about this guy, only briefly read about him on wikipedia and in this thread, but it seems like people are giving him a bit too much respect for a murderer? I might also just be misreading the tone here, but this guy is like the pinnacle of someone who should be locked up forever - why do so many people seem to speak about him and his past with such reverence?
I guess that's more to belichick's "next man up" mentality. They won two more without him though.
Like.. What is the lesson? Not to murder people?

1) Suicide is a touchy subject, lots of people may know someone or have been close to someone that has attempted or succeeded in killing themselves so it comes with a bit of automatic sympathy.
This guy could of been a shining example to kids that dream to make it one day, whatever that may be. He could of been something good in this world, by showing that you do not have to be slinging and hustling to make it. A real role model in this already difficult world, by making a positive difference for the better.
The fact that he squandered that fantastic opportunity that he had is what is a waste. No one feels sorry for what he did. It's ultimately what he didn't do that's a waste. I believe that if you make it one day, it's important to give back.
He wasted it all.
it does
Yes, always a delight reading comments from people complaining about how suicide is such a "pussy move for cowards".
Death is a really weird thing to cherish.
And he only killed one person btw.
Damn what a saint.Death is a really weird thing to cherish.
And he only killed one person btw, he just won the double murder case.

How does it not make sense? He very clearly did save the state money and resources.Doesnt even make sense from the edgy angle you're attempting. Gross
Context is key.
Only? Is that a point of argument?
That's one too many.
Like.. What is the lesson? Not to murder people?
No, I just see a lot of people saying that he killed people. People being plural and I think they are connecting that to the double murder in which he just beat. Wanted to clear that up.
