18 inch arkham knight Batman shipping soon from Big Bad. Just got the email

niceeee post pics

Heh, I just preordered those myself. I think the likenesses are spot on and seem like pretty good figures overall. I'm sure my niece will get a kick out of them when she visits.

I'll actually be visiting Japan around then, so if I see them and haven't already wasted all my cash, I might get Elsa.

Nice. I'm going there on November. Hopefully it is still on stock. Mgs 2 figma.

Do they have Play Arts Cloud Advent Children?

Dude they had Play Arts everywhere. If the Sam Gideon Play Arts was there, I would've copped that too. I don't remember any Cloud Advent Children but there is an abundance of Play Arts.

That MGS2 Snake Figma was the last one btw. I am so sorry being that guy for you :(

DAANG. LOOKS GOOD. Where did you buy him from?!
Well, I'm from Indonesia, and I had a friend who do business importing action figures so I get it from him. It's pretty expensive what with the tax customs and everything, normal marvel legends figure typically cost around $30-45 dollar if I convert the currency. This baf Hulkbuster end up costing me $120, but I don't have to buy the whole wave for it.

What War Machine is that? It looks badass
It's revoltech mini line.

I also bought a pair of Chuck Taylor II's soley on the fact that I thought it would be hard to find them in San Francisco. I think I'm totally wrong but whatever, I got new shoes. So yeah, one of my favorite things about going to the Philippines is the love of collecting figures and it's scene. If you ever find yourself in Manila head over to Greenhills Shopping Center and get yourself some fake ass Louis Vutton belts and some awesome figs.

I'm currently in the Philippines in Makati. My girlfriend says that Greenhills has a lot of "Class A fakes" there. Are you positive the figures there are legit? I'll check it out if they are.

So I've decided to pick up the Mark 43 from Sideshow, but I don't know if I'd be better off signing up for the wait list for the exclusive version or just get the regular. How long does it normally take them to tell you whether they'll have inventory for your order or not? (though I'm guessing I'd be pretty low on the list)

Just found this topic, impressive list of eshops in the OP - most I didn't know about - but I'd like to know if there are any good european eshops to check. Been looking for some place to buy some Combiner Wars figures.

Thanks in advance.

I don't think they let you know if they'll have a figure for you while you're on the waitlist. Either it'll convert to an order if they get one in for you or it'll sit forever. That's been my experience in the past. Given that the Mark 43 has already been released, my guess is you probably won't get the exclusive version. You never know, but I kinda doubt it.

18 inch Master Chief from NECA coming in today. Already have a play arts kai MC but this was $98, shipped and sold from Amazon. Couldn't resist!

I honestly don't know how you fake a Figma. You gotta be smart of course and I opened all figs and they are indeed legit. The MGS2 Snake even has the color scheme I want (not blue)

I bought the Chucks inside the legit mall bordering the flea market so that's something.

You telling me this is a Class A fake?!

I would buy a Robert Cop 2 figure in a heartbeat tho.

Last week, I started taking some shots of the Ant-Man series with the not-kamen-rider himself, but I didn't get around to taking any of the rest of the wave. Oops.

Wasp is easily the second best figure of the set so far, only behind Ant-Man himself. She's built on the new "teen/small female" body that was introduced with Anya and Jubilee last year. I've mentioned before that I'm now super wary about this body, because of the figures I bought on it- Anya has been fine, but Mayday and Ultimate Jessica Drew both had their arms snap right off immediately on moving the terrible elbow joint. Despite that hesitance, I still bought Wasp first out of the set; she was just too damn cool looking to walk away from, and I'm happy to report- her elbows are totally functional. Hopefully when I rebuy Mayday, her arms are just as not totally fucked. It also can't be stressed enough about this figure; flight stands are an absolute requirement. I've managed to collect and avoid dropping the cash on stands for years now, but Wasp here finally broke me, and I picked up some Tamashii Act 4s thanks to recommendations in this thread (Thanks, guys! They really breath a lot of great life into my clusterfuck of a shelf). See, it's not just that you're going to want stands for her, because her wings are glorious and need to be set free in flying poses, but also the new tooling on the torso and the size of the wings themselves, plus the general weakness of this body's knees, mean that she can't really support her own weight or stand properly in a display anyway.

That said, as long as you're willing to invest in some flight stands for her, or already using some in your collection, Wasp looks magnificent in person. Outside of her wings, she's just a new head on a repainted body that we've seen Hasbro put out a dozen figures on this year, but those wings do so much to elevate how much fun she is. There's a lot of range of movement and options with them, which make them extremely expressive and work for most any pose you could want from her. I was also impressed by the complete lack of paint slop- Hasbro almost never manages to pull that off, and the contrast between her black and yellow costume would have been extremely noticeable, but the whole thing is clean. I've heard of a lot of people passing on Wasps because of bad face paint jobs, giving her wonky looking eyes or smearing her face details, but of the five Wasps I've seen in the wild, all of them seemed extremely crisp and looked good to me, which is great, because this is a pretty great new headsculpt, and it'd be a shame if they had drowned it in poor paints that ends up masking all the detail and quality sculpting like they so often do.

Even if I were being nitpicky, there's not a lot of bad things I can think of to say about this figure. I'm not a fan of the thin arms and the weirdly break-happy arms, or the loose, weak-kneed legs on this body type, but even that's an improvement over past releases here. The new parts are amazing, and while she requires flight stands, she looks so great on them, it's hard to mind that caveat.

Janet's had more costumes than pretty much anyone else in the superhero world, but when I think of the Wasp, this is the uniform that I see. This is easily the definitive figure of the character, and it's a great addition to the Avengers line-up this year. The only other Wasp related costume I could possibly want in figure form is the Earth's Mightiest Heroes costume, but short of that, this is pretty much spot on.

Not sure if this is the right thread as this is a bust and not a poseable figure but I just got this badass and thought I'd share pics... Only 750 made and SDCC exclusive.

Kapow Toys is a good retailer that specialises in Transformers, including 3rd Party stuff. They're based in the UK but they will ship to Europe.

After months of waiting and unexplained delays, my Hot Toys Star Lord (and pretty much every other reservation of Star Lord made in Spain) has been canceled.

Fuck this shit. I would have to pay double for it now than what I reserved it for. I'm done with this world.

Thanks you, greatly appreciated. They even have the Takara Unite Warriors. With the current GBP/EUR exchange rate prices are a bit steep but I believe it will only get better going forward.

For those interested in Zoids or mechanical animals in general there's a new action figure of the Murasame Liger coming soon, with the Hayate Liger following.

Is that detail true? Didn't know that.

Watch how they reuse a body mold and make the effort put into the figure minimal as possible.

Also Symbiote Spidey is totally still getting made.

Truly the darkest timeline. You are now Evil Drayco21.

New head and belt on the Thundra body, includes weapons she won't be able to properly hold or pose with. Betting on it now.

I'm growing out my sinister Batroc-style mustache as we speak.

I got an order in on the samurai Stormtrooper on Big Bad. Yass! They were sold out, but all of a sudden came back in stock a few days ago.

Omg memories of how much I loved the Liger designs. Do I dare go down that rabbit hole along with my figmas?

Chances are these will be all the ones released. Kotobukiya rarely releases action figures (they specialize in model kits) and often just a couple of figures per series.

Sorry to hear but don't give up yet I'm sure hot toys will make a GotG 2 starlord, might b a while but at least it's somethin.

Just put in a order for the 1/4 MK 45 EX yay.

Anyone got any other suggestions for UK online stores to get figures from other than Forbidden Planet? Im always trying to avoid importing because of the charges but the UK seems terrible for this kind of stuff. Im mostly using eBay at the moment.

My Rhino wave ML figures are shipping from TRU now

Also seems like amazon is processing Hulkbuster Wave figures right now.

Amazon hasn't listed the Rhino figures yet.

Thanks for the info. As cool as those two are I'd love to have a plan old Shield Liger. I noticed there is one on Ami Ami but it looks like I have to put on all his armor pieces. May go for that if it's not that hard.

There was one made by a company called Yamato a few years ago that was supposed to be really good. Not sure how easy it is to find now, though.
