I don’t think it will, if anything it’ll help. It’ll help her blood pressure and if she has to hold long notes or something she may have experienced dizziness or shortness of breath before when now the weight loss and general health may help if that was ever an issue.

I'm very curious about this as well. Even though I'm a musician (albeit amateur) I've always seen some fat folks with these huge voices and I never knew what really cause it.
