I think the more money you have, the more complacent about your weight you would be. You don't need to look good if you are rich.
Nah the point still stands, think of how easier your life would be if you didn't have to think about food or cooking, just pay some team or whatever to study you, find your perfect dietary needs and then provide you with exact perfect portions and amounts. One of the main aspects of losing weight is simply down to the food you eat, how often, how much your body needs and how regular your metabolism is, which is a pitfall many of us fail at, eliminate the need to even think about that and you're already on your way to losing weight without changing much else.

You don't "need" but you still want to. Everyone wants to feel attractive. Besides, you want to be and feel healthy and shit. I think a few celebs/rich people have succumbed to that pitfall you mentioned but I'd say on average they are fitter than the masses. They understand that having a billion isn't worth that much when you're a laughing stock when you're not in the room, and you'll die of coronary aged 50.

It's great for her health and all but she looks like a different person her face has changed so much. But she may have taken the opportunity during this transformation to get alittle plastic surgery too.
Anyway I think she would look better with about 25 pounds back on if it was evenly distributed.

I don't think losing weight is that difficult though. You don't have to be rich to do it, and I'm not convinced it would be easier if you were. Just lower the calories and increase exercise. Doesn't take much working out or planning.

In terms of movie stars who have to get buff for films etc. That is different and needs professional planning and diets etc.

Well good for you but for me that area was the struggle, you're only talking about the amount you eat, not the rest of what I pointed out. You know the main reason I struggled to shift weight? It was because I had a terrible eating schedule, I'd often work long hours and forget to eat, I used to mainly just have one big meal a day which is terrible for your metabolism as your body pretty much just stores anything as fat at that point.

That isn't true. Not out of design but necessity, I have a breakfast and a big dinner and lose weight if I eat less calories a day than my body uses. That is the extent of the science behind losing weight.

What you describe is actually a fasting type of diet, that has been proven to work. Obviously one meal doesn't mean 3000 calories of take out.

You're trying to tell me my own experience isn't true, ok mate sure 😂

Her face looks wildly different depending on hairstyle and makeup. I think it's still there, but I'm unsure.

I think it's more that she's smiling in one pic and not in the other. For some people it makes a world of difference- see Victoria Beckham.

No I'm telling you what scientists say works, not anecdotal weight loss stories.
Well once again good for you mate, sorry I dared give my own input into what helped me lose weight in a way that contributed to the comment about how having people take care of all your food is a massive help.

Gaining one stone back would probably look better on her.

In any case, she overdoes her makeup (in those glamour shots) whether she's fat or skinny.

I applaud her for doing this. Having a good body shape is one of the few choices you have when it comes to a attractive body. Without surgery, you cannot grow height, you cannot make your face more beautiful, and you cannot regrow your lost hair.

But you can simply eat a normal meal size and do 50 push ups a day and get slim.

Lol I had to read like 5 of her tweets to realize its a troll account, its actually pretty good.

"Here’s a handy breakdown of coronavirus cases by gender. According to these statistics, non-binary people are totally immune. FINALLY some good news."

The profile picture should have short dyed hair and piercings tho.

Some women look prettier when they are fat, some look prettier when slim.

Adele looked prettier as a fatty. Round face suited her better.

That's actually true.

In The Biggest Loser I've noticed how some of the women become less attractive when they've lost their extra weight.
Not that their weight loss isn't a good thing as obviously it's better if they are healthier. But it is what it is.
