Offered him some pie maybe. There has to be something that brings joy to Inaho's life, why not pie.
Of course! Scrambled eggs!

Hahaha, I miss Valvrave. It was stupendously bad in season 1 but became decent in season 2. Always fun to watch though.
Slain was definitely in the wrong here.
Inaho let Slain be his ally because he said "The enemy of my enemy is a temporary Ally". When they established communications, Slain was talkative with Inaho. After the battle, Slain said that the princess was alive and he wants to meet her. As far as Inaho knows, only the rebels who created the original assassin plans know that the Princess is alive, not to mention the fact that Slaine could be a martian from another territory or a double agent sent to kill the princess again. Inaho asked him twice on how does he know that the princess is alive, Slaine went from talkative to being quiet. Inaho gave him multiple chances to answer and Slain assumed that the humans are abusing the princess and trained his guns at him. If you rewatched the episode, you can see that Slaine shot first and Inaho shot back in self defense.
Inaho knew that winning the war would be impossible without getting the princess's help, which he talked to her about in the previous episode. Either way, Slain should have answered Inaho's questions and the situation would be diffused.
that's what I thought too, lol.Episode 7
The earthlings found Yamato
.
See if Ei Aoki storyboards every single episode himself, even when the script gets super dumb we can still talk about how the action is entertaining.![]()
Isn't Slaine father one of the researchers for the Aldnoah drive, maybe Slaine can power up one too?Episode 7
So the cat's finally out of the bag.
How are they powering the Yamato battleship again?
EDIT:- Oh duh, I forgot the Princess had the powers of Aldnoah granted to her via her direct lineage to Grandpa Emperor.
I dunno man, he still keeps thinking he can choreograph a decent dog fight but he's dead fucking wrong. His sky sequences suck.

I'd like the antagonists to not be so comically evil.i demand moar inko.
This show is funny as hell.
I LOVE how Slaine said he wouldn't give up the princess then few minutes later he does the exact same thing
To be fair he had the shit beat out of him. I probably wouldn't be aware of half the stuff I was saying either.
Episode 10
Fuck Inaho. Fuck Rayet. Team Slain fltw. Slain x Asseylum forever. That is all.
Saazabum must obviously need Slain for something else, he ended the call to Crouton as soon as it appeared that he was gonna kill Slain and headed over to kill him first. Saazabum has an ulterior motive using this war as a cover.
Hopefully Inaho and Hime-Sama can save Slaine!
Watch out, we've got a timetraveler over here.
On topic : poor Slaine.

duh?he obviously wants to detach aldnoah from Vers bloodline, a bedridden Emperor with no heir... he might also need the research of Slaine's father to make this transfer possible.
and don't think so about that, next step of Saazabum's plan is probably to declare Cruheto as the traitor planning the assassination, he will nuke the castle too if needed, then tell Slaine about it and he's the proof that such conspiracy happened. Then he just uses Slaine to get to the well guarded princess. Slaine is the enemy from now on, I bet.
Slaine could have avoided all this by simply telling Inaho da God who he was, but chose not to.
Anyways, I was a little sad that they left the Martian robot behind, maybe Inaho will get one elsewhere. MaybeOr he'll just bring down the Martian empire with his training robot. Either way works I suppose.Count Cruhteo's robot.

Episode 8
That was pretty entertaining. It was surprisingly over the top and fun considering how there wasn't even a real mecha battle. Felt like 24 minutes of something you would find in a Metal Gear Solid game - exposition, flashbacks, characters talking about how beautiful things can be, long ass torture sequence, and then a big plot turn at the end. I'll definitely like more of this in future. Slaine is definitely being developed as a survivor type character. Being able to take that much punishment is good news, because I don't really want to see him in a mech - I want to see him going melee and guns on the Martian traitors. Much more satisfying.
I wonder if they're setting up Saazbum as the main villain for this season. It would be nice to see them take him out by ep13 or something. As if it wasn't obvious enough that Aniplex really wants this to be their Gundam clone, his mech looks so much like the Banshee in Unicorn. Lol.
Heh, apparently this was the script cover for this week's episode, as tweeted by Inko's VA Mikako Komatsu:
