number we can't use it now, saints row for 5 would change it from 'i don't have time for this' to ' ill gladly add to my library'.

The 5 dollar promo credit isn't live yet. It's only for their "Editor's Choice" games that Amazon will select in Jan 2013.

I was going to go after Hotline Miami, but after reading the fine print for the 5 dollar code I'll wait for a Steam sale.

apparently not. 'billing' as far as the third party is concerned, is just where they sent the bill.

Only the CC company (formally) checks the address as far as I know.
