I mean, I guess it's cool that we're going to be on national TV more but... It's crap for the Timbers. July 31 & August 7, two games in a row against SKC. August 21 and August 28, two games in a row against the Sounders. October 1 and October 16, two games in a row against the Rapids. What the actual fuck?

Additionally, we have 16 Sunday games and 12 Saturday games. 5 of our 6 games against the Whitecaps and Sounders are on a Sunday. COME ON MLS. ARE YOU JOKING?

The LA alone works so well on hats, shirts, etc. They hit a home run here IMO

I think the guy who designed the NYCFC logo did this. I would give anything for him to redo the Revs logo

Still not a fan of the "FC" thing but I really like the crest, logo and branding. Gold/black works a lot nicer than the red/black they were originally showing, though they still list red as an accent color so it will be interesting to see if it's pronounced at all on the kits. It really seems like they are going for an anti-Galaxy image (we are in the heart of LA, not Carson) wonder if that will help them build a fan base.

It does seem like a joke. He played 6 MLS games and was nominated for Goalkeeper of the year. It must be because Jamaica reached the Gold Cup final.

In 2013, a 17 year old Goalkeeper was runner-up because Mexico won the U17 World Cup.

CONCACAF don't help themselves.

Well damn. Just signed this Daniel Salloi guy, and I think we gamed the homegrown player system in the process?

Comes as a foreign exchange student to the area in 2014. Kid plays in our academy system for 28 games, goes back and plays in the Hungarian league for a few games, and now we just signed him as a homegrown player.

Not sure if SKC pushed and set up the student exchange and made it happen, but possibly. Maybe we had him scouted and got the ball rolling.
