Lucky. Had to be one that was hidden by someone, and then found by an employee. No way that would sit there this whole time.
Just got my el-cheapo Japanese Wii Fit Trainer.
Man. She's so lame, especially compared to the more recent figures. Wonky proportions, huge ice boot, and mine has a weird paint mark basically on her crotch. I can only assume she had an accident on her way over from Japan.
But, hey, sub $20 with shipping, so I'm cool with her.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. Maybe it just looks good to me compared to a blank gray wall. I dunno if I'd bring people into my room with this setup :/Man...
It just looks so much better actually out of the box and without the clunkiness that comes with keeping them in. I get that some of you guys want to keep them sealed, but I just don't see it looking good for display that way

Haven't followed this thread since the first one but what would be my best option at the moment to get a Wii Fit Trainer? I bought Marth and Villager when they were in stock at amazon UK but i didn't get WFT which I regret so I might aswell try to find one now.
Should I just use an ebay seller or import it from somewhere...? I'd rather not pay an arm and a leg for shipping and all that, that and WFT doesn't seem as expensive compared to Marth/Villager.

Here is the antique cabinet I got. As you can see the lighting in my basement and cabinet is not very good, which is why I want some non obtrusive LEDs for inside it.
There is only figure missing, an Eren Yager figma. I was trying to fix his torso, which was not locking in place. The rod for the stand snapped right off. Gotta try and fix that some how.

I am very jealous of that Kingdom Hearts Timeless River figurine! I just posted the other day that I just found out about the Formation Arts line of KH figurines and I love them all but they're sooo expensive! That Timeless River one is definitely one of my favorites that I've seen though!

What do you think are the chances for a Banzai or Bullet Bill Amiibo?
I have an awesome Bullet Bill figurine atm but it doesn't look right between all the Amiibos and it's also smaller.

Its pretty sweet. Although, I am confused with the FA line. My cousin got one for Sora on top of Traverse Town or something and its quadrupled in size. But this one is like a chess piece. What gives?
My Wave 3 wishlist is just Mega Man, Toon Link and Shulk, if any GameStops actually have an in-store stock on day one. I just collect characters I'm really into that also have good figurines (so Sheik is out, because the figure doesn't look too hot).

Hey that's fantastic news! This thread just feels like a happier place since you arrived. No more just a bunch of posts moaning about scalpers...well, still some of that lol.
For the Google doc, are we also telling you which ones we have dupes of at this time? I potentially have dupes of wave 3 as long as my orders all go through. After the TRU cancellation debacle, I kind of panic ordered full sets of wave 3 at other retailers ;P
If so, thanks for posting again, this is a rather reasoned approach to the concept.
Still, here is hoping the card version of Amiibo comes out sooner rather than later, cause I want them all.
