he was hard to find but seems to be getting out there now.
Man...I really hope I can snag a Pit and Falcon soon...I just want to move on with my life. But Ive become a little obsessed about getting this. Ive also accepted that WFT and Villiger are unobtainable at this point.

Finally got a response from EB. The manager of the store called me to apologize about the whole thing. The staff told me incorrectly. They limited preorders to 2.
But she also said there will be some walk-in Shulks for nonpreorders. She couldn't guarantee one for me but said I can call in and the staff and managers know the situation and my name and I could hold one in Feb.
I expected at least this much so I'm satisfied enough. I'm glad to hear one douchebag didn't preorder 20.

Still confused on why people are pre ordering from gamestop for in store pick up. If you're going there to pick it up I HIGHLY recommend pre ordering in store to begin with.
