Difficult to find in stores, not easy to get online, but possible (might be getting more common)

Just coming into stock now, rarity TBD
- Mario

Commons
- Peach
- Luigi
- Yoshi
- Bowser

Seems like YMMV on Toad. I've seen him in store a good deal

I'll be all set except for Wario, Charizard, and Pacman (which by all accounts will be common), Jigglypuff (which I will wake up early and camp outside on launch day, Target had plenty of Rosies available last time and this should be no exception), and Greninja (I'm nowhere near a TRU but I should be able to grab an extra Jiggly and trade for him).

Managed to preorder a Ness so I'm happy there.
