Amplitude (Harmonix) PS3/PS4 - KS (Funded, final day)

Good work to John Drake and the people at Harmonix. They really hustled for this kickstarter and I'm glad it worked out for them.

I am RIDICULOUSLY happy that this is successful! I've been hoping for another Amplitude for years. I'm glad my $100 helped make this possible.

After the first couple of days, I thought this had no chance... but they turned the campaign the hell around. Congratulations to Harmonix for getting it done.

Color me surprised! Good for them and this stream is pretty great right now. I managed to snag a $15 slot a few days ago.

edit: The girl in the stripped shirt is druuuuuuunk and having a great time. :lol

Oh man... just a while back I was quite certain that this project won't make it, but look at it now! Congrats everyone!

Distaste for kickstarter aside, I'll happily grab this when it comes out. Thanks, dudes who paid $40+ to preorder a game that hasn't even started development.

They haven't said what the goal is for online multiplayer, but they seem to be implying that it will be a longshot.

I think they forgotten to say the amount hehehe They're wasted! haha

Glad to be of service! Enjoy.

weeeee :D
I was looking at this late last week/early this and really couldn't envision them reaching their goal in time, as sad as that was and as much as I wanted them to. So glad they made it!
Congrats, Harmonix and well done backers!

Made it. Wow.

After the first hour of this KS I though this will be easy.
After the first day I thought 600k.
After the second day 300k seemed to be ambitious (especially since failing KSes don't even see a push at the end)

Nice turnaround on this KS.

Now for a Burnout PS2 newly envisioned in 1080p/60fps!

Isn't it split-screen multiplayer that's the stretch goal and online multiplayer is already included? That's what I understood from the stream going on. http://www.twitch.tv/harmonixmusic
It's the other way around -- the game is coming with local multiplayer but online multiplayer is the stretch goal.

I almost would make a snarky joke about how they should use GGPO for it... but that might actually work (if their engine could support it).
