The PC version was pretty darned good, I thought.

Anyway, I will wait and see, I suppose, but I don't give a crap about The Godfather movies. The best scene in any of them is when you find out Diane Keaton had an abortion, and there's no way that would make it into an EA game.

Mafia had a very authentic atmosphere, but I wouldn't say it was a milestone in terms of gameplay...and how is it bad if EA would create something similar or better with the real license and a huge budget behind.

Ok, honestly - the guns and cars in Mafia were so lame...it's authentic, but it's also a GAME. They need to make something inbetween.

A movie like the Godfather shouldn't be recreated in the form of a videogame, it's too slow. If you change the fact that it's a slowly unfolding story, which you would do for better gameplay in this case, it doesn't feel like Godfather anymore.

Oh yes, this is EA. I should always expect the most obvious thing possible from them.

The trailer makes it look like a tech demo, so obviously gameplay is not the prime attraction here.
