Truly it's becoming unwatchable... this season started off promising, but has degenerated into something so... un-Andromeda that I'm not even sure why they are bothering... I've read a few places that Sorbo is gone at the end of this season... A show called Andromeda where the ship itself just floats out in space like a satellite... multiple planets all Seefra's that are barely touched on... Different characters with supposedly power/pull in the system appear and vanish each episode... I'm wondering if I should have just accepted last season's great final eps as the end of the series...

I remember reading something a while ago (earlier this year or maybe last year) about Andromeda getting a pretty big focus shift, budget cut or something like that. It sounded like a dumb move at the time, and it appears that it turned out as I thought it might.
The show is done for anyway. The production company was shut down by its parent company, and SciFi Channel can't put up enough money to continue production on its own.
