I spent yesterday and the night before hanging out with my daughter in Animal Crossing going fishing, exchanging fruits, digging up fossils, taking pictures together, and getting lost in hours of fun. This morning as I was leaving for work, her hug was a little tighter and lasted a little longer and then she said, "Thanks for yesterday and all the fun. Can't wait to play Animal Crossing tonight with you."
Thank you Nintendo for helping me get even closer to my daughter.
I believe you have to talk to Sable every day for a set number of days. Can someone else verify this?

Exactly. Talk to her once a day and after a while she'll let you use the machine.

Everytime I read people's posts in this thread I realise "oh you can do that too, and that and this...". There's just so much content in this game. It's a bit overwhelming the first days
Who's cutting onions?
You can tell Isabelle about troublesome neighbors. Not sure what it does, though.
Also nice Legendz avatar
I got a request for a wind turbine... Guess I'll build it.

What are the hours of the bug catching festival this weekend?
Quoted again for new page if anyone is interested.
Ends at 6pm so my guess is it begins at 6am.
6pm-9pm is when you can collect your trophy after the event, though.
Does the Night Owl ordinance change festival times at all?
i Cant wait any longer
As i will probably download the game at 12 o clock and play all night long,
can i do much stuff in the night or are there certain restrictions to what i can do at night and what not ?
I think I'm going to change my 3ds clock for my vacation so I can play the game appropriately at night.... SIGH
I introduced this game to my girlfriend and man do I regret it...
I'm looking to stop by someone's town and grab some pears or peaches. I can offer cherries, apples, and durians if anyone's interested.
I got a Pitfall seed. Anyone know what this is?

I have pears and possibly peaches today, if the trees started bearing fruit. I won't be able to get on for several hours though.
That seems rather dastardly for a game like this.Bury it, and whoever steps over the x falls into it!

The Bean/Oni event is still in. And you still get a maskFor those with Japanese copies:
In City Folk there was a holiday mask item representative of oni. Is that holiday still intact with the oni masks?
Anyone willing to help me out? I don't have much in return...
