Trees with "round" leafs will sometimes leave designs on their stumps after you cut it down.

Just played on the island with others for the first time. Lots of fun and it saves before each game so you don't lose any inventory or anything if you crash (like we did).

I am getting dangerously close to one: buying this before July 1 (I want the Club Nintendo points to go into the new year) and 2: buying it digitally. I haven't played Animal Crossing since the first game, but all of this stuff, which will be incredibly new to me since I've skipped a lot of games, seems amazing.

Lol I've been fishing like a madman since release. But I owe the fish everything. Especially when you catch a lot of sharks and have a Bell Boom ordinance.

I've thought about this as well.. After one rewarding trip, I've decided I won't be doing it with intentions of being rich over night. But, even if one does, money isn't everything in this game. Money won't buy you the items you really want. Interacting with characters and 3DS friends, digging for fossils, and much much more is still required to get a truly rich experience.

Damn never mind. The store won't accept it. Trading is open. So far for the Master Sword I have a Mario 1 Up. Any other people have something they want to trade? Either bells are a fortune cookie item!

Sweet. Warning: I think my mom farmed all my apples and most of my cherries when I was out playing softball. But I have cherries to sparies.
It was all fish. Re-Tail is buying hammerhead sharks for twice the price (16,000), I caught 4 of those and the rest were other big fish.
