Unfortunately, no rock become "breakable". The "breakable rock" is a *new* rock that randomly appear in your town.

The conditions for public works (bridges, especially), are quite annoying. I can't build my third bridge because of a house, which is quite far from the planned bridge actually. And it wouldn't be a problem anyway.

Taking donations for the cafe right now. I thought it was going to be a building on Main Street but that wasn't the case. Took me 20 minutes to find a spot that, first, I liked and, second, had enough space. I'm lucky that Re-Tail and the Mayor's Office are next door to each other with a decent space in between. Would've been the perfect spot but it didn't fit between them and, a little further back, there was a tiny lake. Wound up putting it in the middle of nowhere but it's alright, I guess. It has a nice view of the ocean.
