Oddly had my first villager request tonight where Deirdre asked that I go find Bam and bring him back within an hour. Don't think I have ever had that happen before when I visited a villager in their house.

I have Gracie in my town today and she is asking for me to wear something fun and flashy.
Now I have an entire flashy outfit OTHER THAN shoes. Does anyone have either jester's shoes or steel-toed boots I could borrow for a second?

As long as you have two items matching the theme (and you're not wearing any items that clashes with the theme), you should pass. You don't need shoesNp, I know its hard to help out with short notice.

And that 7/11 atm machine is cool. At last I can put money in the bank without going to the post office. First I was thinking I don't really need the 7/11 set, but now I got it, not going to get rid of it...
Museum rooms are getting stuffed though... Time to remove the other ores too, not gonna need them anyway. And my locker with turnips need to be emptied, sure I hope I get a nice price soon.
Also I catalogued some items you can only get from Nook's store in the Japanese version. Ordered them all, so I got them with me. Only missing the sushi platter, but that one I'm gonna get this week too from this nice person. It was kinda free, the person I got them from, only wanted to catalogue her missing stuff. Almost time to get some unorderable stuff, that will be a lot harder, I guess. On second thought, I never thought I would get a complete 7/11 set for only a mermaid lamp. So miracles do happen.
On news on hybrids. One orange cosmos (so it's cosmos selling time.), one orange tulip and one red carnation. Not bad, not bad.

No problem for the JP instore items. Happy to help GAF. Didn't know about them, till someone mentioned them in a thread. And luckily that person let me them catalogue them free.
I also have something strange. I just shaked my two furniture trees and I got a furniture, but also one beehive in the other one. I though I got rid of all the other trees... Have to check again every tree I guess... Hope it's just a glitch.
And looks like I'm on a bad turnips week. Hope I can sell in someone's town. Have bought for 1 million bell turnips this week, would have figured this would end bad in my town...

Any stuff I can catalogue or get, is a nice bonus. Now it is the time to get them, don't know if they would be soo easy to obtain later, so... Well, I have Lyman already, and I already let Rory go, so I really don't need another Jock, even if it's a cool one.
If he was a uchi, I would have taken him immediately, but I really need an Uchi...Oh, and the flowers I gonna sell, are just the regular cosmos ones. Had a lot of them (ask Philia how much.
) and gonna sell them off, cause they take room and I don't need them anymore. Have 10 orange cosmos and 7 pink cosmos, so I can hybrid with those for better results. Oh, and I HATE villagers planting random flowers in my beds... Don't they understand I don't need those?kamikazekoala

Well tbh, it's not just unorderable stuff, it's also clothes I'm saving for when Gracie finally shows up, rare bugs and fish I'm storing so I don't have to go hunting when villagers ask for them, and a few furniture sets I had to pull out of my house when I did the theme challenge, but there's also a bunch of unorderable stuff like island and saharah items, gyroids, dlc, regional stuff, nintendo items, gold and bug furniture, and some furniture sets I'm saving for when I can finally finish expanding my alts houses so I don't have to spend a week reordering everything. Oh not to mention all the gemstones and shrubs and cedars I'm saving until I need them and the dozens of fossils I have stuffed into my letter slots.
I forgot to mention my 2nd floor is also packed wall to wall, haha.

I have a pikmin/ bug off furniture / mushrooms exhibit. A Zelda temple of time exhibit, and a spaceship metroid exhibit.
A friend of mine made a mermaid / seashell exhibit and I thought it was a very nice idea. Seashells are never used for anything. That's a pity.

Refurb a Giant clam + music to get a music box.
My exhibits are an example of the Gyroids (sticking to one of each), a Mario one, that I may get rid of and a WIP dog lamp exhibit.

I remember people saying that in order to get the shop, she MUST be in your town. You can have many people visit her for their fortunes while she has the tent in your town, for that should count towards the total visits needed to open.
I will as soon as I find all the gyroids.

Well I tried searching & wherever I go there's a different answer!
Some say only the mayor should visit 20 times
Others say the mayor & any other residents count
Others saying only the ones in your town count.
It's just super confusing X_X

Just checking in for verification. Gracie is in my town for the first time ever... -_- and I'm trying to pass the Flashy theme fashion check.
I'm wearing:
Everything is flashy except for the Hero Pants. I've got no flashy pants to wear, but according to Thonky's guide, I should be okay as long as i don't clash with Basic or Official (and Hero Pants are Iconic).
DId i miss anything that i need to be concerned about or should i be okay? Like do i need to worry about having other stuff in my inventory that's not being worn? And if I save before talking to Gracie and fail afterward, can i reset and try again?

- Hero Pants
- Colorful Socks
