I can order the Gray Tank and the Sunset Tank and drop them off tomorrow.
So when that weeding day event in April comes around, do you think weeds will appear throughout the day for the occasion? I'd imagine it'll be pretty hard to obtain the flower furniture with so few weeds naturally.

The weeds would be gone. When you time travel backwards a week, you are essentially time traveling forward a week to last week's date. It's a bit confusing...

I just tried visiting your town but it wouldn't let me (I'm guessing because you're listening to a song), so I'm assuming that nobody can enter or leave your town while you're listening to a song.

Awesome. All of the summer-exclusive outfits are now claimed/ordered.
Now it's just a matter of rounding everything up.
What happens when you want to listen to a song when other people are in your town though? Do they all have to sit down and listen to it or can they wander around? Maybe they're barred from entering Club LOL while K.K. is in the middle of playing, otherwise they could run around and make silly emotes in front of K.K. while he's playing.
I had celebi23 in my town and listened to one song while he was wandering around getting signatures with no issue.
That's good, but I wonder if he could enter Club LOL while the song had already started.

So I accidentally told one of my villagers to "be cool elsewhere" instead of "be cool here" is there any way to convince them not to move or am I SOL?

Do you have an alternate character? If so, load them up and then when the villager tells you they are moving, tell them no.
Otherwise, I think you have to keep talking to them with your original character in hopes that they'll reconsider.

Btw guys, if you haven't, seriously would recommend requesting K.K. Synth if K.K. is still in your town. It's fucking fantastic live. Very beautiful in a melancholic sort of way.

I caved on letting Static move out of town unimpeded.
He was set to pack his boxes tomorrow morning but I just talked him into sticking around.
Not only do I have an emotional attachment to the little guy due to the village he came from but he gave me two PWPs after deciding to leave and he's getting ridiculous bids over at GameFAQs in the 40-50 million bell range.
Ah well.. back to abusing Wolfgang.

There are so many stories here about people wanting certain villagers to move out but accidentally convincing them to stay. If you can't manage to get them to stay, I'd be surprised.
