I wouldn't say guaranteed profit because lots of people want to sell their turnips but yeah, you'll be pretty much guaranteed that someone has a higher price and willing to let people into their town for a profit. Generally, if you have a high price, you should return the favour and if someone lets you in to sell, you give them a tip.

But, turnip GAF is very friendly, and you'll find less people willing to screw you over than say selling on GameFAQs.
