Okay guys. I think Angus is moving out on the 30th but when I answered "Ok-Go Bye Bye" which was the negative option to "You can't go!". He said we can be friends a little while longer. I need to know if I should reset my game or not because I want him gone but I can't recall if he said he's actually leaving. Any tips?

Sometimes even if you tell a villager to go they'll still decide to stay. You should reset if you want him gone. Now that you know that he wants to move don't ever talk to him until it's moving day.
I'm not sure if I should reset. Would Angus still be up for leaving? Also, I have an awesome villager in my campsite that I want to stay. Will that be reset?

No, Angus is staying so if you don't reset you'll have to wait for him to want to move again which could take a long time. If you do reset your campsite villager will change though.

If he said you'd be friends a little longer, that's normal cranky move out dialogue. No harm in resetting to get the date though. He'll just ping you again.
Your camper will not reset. That's saved during start up with Isabelle.
I delivered all 10 presents correctly. But I kept the bag like BPB said b/c I thought it would be cool (meaning I never talked to Jingle again).

BPB also stressed to do it on an alt since you won't be talking to Jingle afterwards. If you don't go back to redo the event, I have an extra picture of Jingle you can have. I won't be back on GAF until tomorrow at the earliest though.
You only get the fortune shop for getting your own fortune read. If someone visited you, it would count toward their own shop not yours.

If you talk to other villagers and they mention that he's been thinking about moving then that means he will still be leaving. If Angus is still moving then he won't mention it for the rest of the day since you already talked to him about it.

Okay. I'll talk to other villagers and see what they say. I Won't bring up Angus or anything. But I won't reset just in case Angus' prompt to leave doesnt go away. I really want kiki as my villager too.
BPB mentioned that if you reset Kiki will still be in your campsite, so if you're not sure you might as well reset.

I have not reset yet. I decided against it until I figured I could do some research in case Angus was leaving and I wouldnt get the prompt again.
Elmer said that he's also heard rumours of Angus moving.

I rejected giving them a gift. I gave them the correct ones afterwards, but I just wanted to see their reactions.
If he pinged you and brought up the moving conversation but then said he decided against moving, then he's not going to move away. You're going to have to reset to have him trigger the moving away conversation again.
If you started the game up with your main character then nobody else other than Angus will approach you about moving. I've experimented with this before and every time it was the same villager who wanted to move away. You should be safe to reset.
Im not sure if he decided against moving or not. He said we could be friends a little while longer which apparently is a standard cranky moving out dialogue but and rumours of him moving exist in my town.
I just don't want Kiki out of the village either. I only have one main character in my town.
If other villagers are still saying he's moving out then that means he's moving out.

Got my first igloo camper today. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO happy they used the igloo theme from the Gamecube version again. I love that song so very much.
It's like Eli said, if your other villagers are saying he's moving out then he's moving out. It's safe to reset to make him bring up moving again, if you're worried about it and want to be sure.
No other villagers will bring up moving except Angus. Once you loaded your town up that's who your game decided was going to move.

Slow starts in my town. I haven't been there in two weeks and I pretty much cleaned up all I can do to raise money in an hour. Don't want to keep fishing forever. Putting in a new bridge, which will be super nice, but I'm looking forward to things livening up around here. Agreed. I only add Gaffers for this very reason. Hearing the horror stories from places like Reddit and it scares me.
Politician doesn't really make sense since when a politician laughs you don't applaud. Also Animal Crossing is a kids game so politician sounds like a joke answer.
