If you're still playing ACNL and just added someone, be sure to save and quit. I'd watch my FC section to see if I got added then I'd go load up ACNL and access his gate from there.

You don't have to save and quit or check your friends list when adding someone. When they add you back the game registers it automatically.

Bell tipping is now 20% standard. 25% for good service, even higher if it is excellent. This is not up for debate.

All depends on the connections and server.

That happens when someone's wifi is shitty enough or that person isn't close enough to his/her router or is using the PHONE wifi. Few people can have a known track record of crappy wifi signals. I always tend to avoid them or save at least OFTEN when they're around. If you're seeing patterned DCD with a certain someone, you can bet its his/her end. :T

Considering you're making an easy profit 5 to 6 times your investment, it certainly isn't going to hurt to be generous.
