i'm no pro..but lemme guess

it's def not an attractive option in the air/above. you can jump cancel shine but even if a platform is there what's the point? you're increasing the distance between yourself and the opponent

you could maybe waveshine or something (which is an extremely risky can of worms, "why don't people waveshine against falco lasers") but like amsa has perfected his egg throwing. the closer you get to the ledge (where amsa may be) amsa can mix you up. wouldn't that be a 50/50 for you

you cant immediately jump out of shine if you reflect something, that'll give amsa plenty of time to get back on stage.
