Oh right, that's true. Which one gives you the possibility to heal someone while giving them 50% of shields? That's the one you should give to lifeline since she can heal quicker and guards herself while healing.

Right, I understand again. It doesn't make sense to give lifeline the golden armor, since she already is faster in healing or shielding herself. Backpack makes sense so she can heal someone else quicker (50% instead of 25%) while guarding both of them, and then reviving with 50% shields and 70% health.

Thats right and thats what should everyone do. My mate is a Lifeline main and he always gives me the gold armour and I give him the purple. Also whenever I find a gold backpack I always take it to give it to him. But Andrew here is saying that her passive should be exactly like the gold backpack which is OP and the character will be broken.

I'm a lifeline main, and I think she's balanced at the moment. Although no one in competitive gaming uses her, so maybe she needs an upgrade :pie_thinking:

Gibraltar is another great character to give the gold backpack to.
since his new passive ability where he revives faster in his shield, that's the ultimate combo. the shield gives you are more save way to revive and the backpack gives you shield and HP ontop.

Diamond and Predator lobbies have a Lifeline in almost every squad

I was thinking more along the lines of her revives doing more for the team, not at the level of a gold backpack but maybe replenish more health. Or perhaps something more radical like an Ult option to drop juiced up health packs instead of the regular care package.

I'd be alright with the overflow of sniper rifles if they would just dip into something else as well. If they aren't going to give me something sensible the Volt, then give me a Sidewinder or something equally messed up.

I have to say I'm not a fan of Season 4 so far. The fact that they took out the Devotion has lead to an overabundance of people running with snipers and just hiding and camping waiting for people to run by in the distance. this often leads to having 5 or 6 teams in small circles at the end.

I really like how they are using the format of the game to push through teasers like these (assuming that is what it is, of course). I can't think of any other game that does this, maybe it's more common than I think?

The sniper focus is getting to me, but not nearly as much as the fact that the game is still plagued with latency and sync issues. Getting knocked down after getting behind cover, getting zero hit detection (or recorded damage) when you damned well know you unloaded a clip into the enemy before biting the dust, and so forth. I can deal with losing because the other team is better, but fuck some of those losses. The sniper meta is just shit icing on a shit cake some days.

By removing 1 weapon everyone is camping with snipers? Seems a bit of a stretch. Also what's wrong with 5-6 teams in small circle. I watched the global series online qualifier final. They are with 19 teams in a small circle "pie_tears_joy:

No, people camping with snipers isn't because they removed the Devotion. Its the current meta + high damage guns and easy to use

If snipers actually required skill you won't be seeing this garbage meta

it's literally the worst fucking thing ever... I literally now warn my friends that a tiny update comes out because it will take more than half an hour to copy.

and not only that, because THE WHOLE FUCKING GAME needs to be completely copied over, you always need enough space on your HDD to fully reinstall the game you are updating.
games like Modern Warfare which are more than 100GB in size you will wait almost an hour and you need 100+ GB of free space just to install what might be a tiny 100MB patch.

it's absolutely fucking ridiculous.
