I am pretty sure if they only went with the theme with HZD they can have holographic shit or something. I mean doesn't normal vendor sell rigged high tech weapons.

Yeah but the tribes don't reeally understand how they work, they just oh here's a robot with laser arms! They kill the robot and sell the arms.
