I still wish they'd make it so I don't need to have my apps on my computer. There's no reason for them to be there with iCloud aside from slightly faster copy over time but really, it should be optional to keep them just in the cloud. They take up a lot of space for something you can't even launch on your computer anyway. A simple checkbox that says "Keep Apps in iCloud only" that alerts you "This will delete all iOS apps from your computer. If you ever wish to turn this option off you will have to re-download all your apps. Is this okay?" when you check it would suffice. I'd check it day 1 and free up 6.13GB of space I could be using for so many other things.
Come on, Apple! It only makes sense! And I doubt it's a bandwidth thing. It's a simple oversight left over from legacy times (Read: Before iCloud and WiFi Sync) and I hope they realize it by iOS 6.
Also, I hope they don't make the base iPad 3 over $500. That's the same thing they did with the iPod touch 3. The low end 3rd gen was the second model and they had a cheaper 2nd gen model as the entry. I want my iPad 3 to be $500 at the lowest end. It's like when the Mac mini started out at $500 and gradually jumped up to $700 when they went Intel only to just now come down to $600.
