In the Galaxy S3 TouchWiz you can swipe up from anywhere and get to see the notification bar even in full screen apps. Is there a 3rd party app with the same feature?
They should suffer as much as we all did (using that app) for being incompetent.
In another happier news...Timer got a Jelly Bean update with new Dark Theme.
Can anyone recommend a weather widget / app that looks as good as weather eye? It randomly can't fetch the weather anymore, quite annoying.
SkyDrive is finally available on Android!
just remember not to upload any nekkid pix or your xbox live account could end up locked.
Do they actually check your stuff?
Bullshit move from the same company that did the Gmail Man parody, lol.
The new Astro File manager looks really really nice:
I've been seeing a lot of updates in relation to the Nexus 7. The thing must be selling to make so many devs update their apps.
Wow, Astro actually looks nice now. It used to look so hideous.

yeah, don't think of using it to back up any personal photos you take if they include nudity!Wait, the company that brings you the best porn search engine (Bing) doesn't want you to upload said material on to their cloud service? Is MS this disjointed?

But... that's why I'd always use AstroNo kidding. Used to look like something out of the Win XP era.

Is any.do supposed to have a link? Also, is there an app that allows me to remove the "call" button from the main screen? I never call people.

Just checked it out, that is pretty crazy. Have you used it yet?

Nice. I'll try it out.I have. Voted on a ton of stuff and asked a few myself. It's cool to pull out and browse if you have a few minutes.
The new version does look a hell of a lot better, but I think the actual file browsing experience is still better in Solid Explorer, even though it isn't as nicely Holo-fied.
Another great app that has been updated is DICE Player. The new version supports "pop-up play", so now you don't need an SGS3 to have a video window floating on the screen as you do other stuff. Works perfectly on my Galaxy Nexus, although it is of course almost completely pointless.
i'd be careful with that....

Sadly yes, it happened to me. Unbelievably stupid and I got a shitload of messages saying "you sent me a spam text, what is this?", but is actually a toggle switch that I overlooked when posting a question.i'd be careful with that....

Ok, Android-GAF I take a quick picture with my phone and I want to upload it to am image sharing service to share on GAF. Is there an easy method to do this all from the phone? The Gallery sharing options don't seem to include any convenient links to copy.
Beyondpod will be on sale for $1.99 from September 1-3.
Having done absolutely no research into it at all, I'd guess this would involve downloading an app from a photo sharing site which puts an entry in the share menu common to most apps.

No need to download an app.
Remember that one Twitter app that was supposed to be coming out?
Me neither.
