WrestleMania 11 is pretty trash
Unfortunately the USA crowd have been so indoctrinated with blind patriotism that the second you do this is the second you make every non-US wrestler a heel.
And I wish that was a satirical statement.
Fast 9: Dwayne Johnson Will Reportedly Return Now That Feud With Vin Diesel Over
Dwayne Johnson will reportedly return to star in the ninth Fast and the Furious film now that he and Vin Diesel have allegedly ended their much-publicized feud.
TMZ reports that after meeting privately several times to iron our their issues, Johnson and Diesel are now "good" and "1000% in" for Fast 9.
The main cause for their feud, which had nothing to do with money, was an argument over who got the most screen time in The Fate of the Furious, according to TMZ. While Johnson wanted more of the spotlight, he ultimately acknowledged Fast 8 was Diesel's movie, with Diesel listed number one on the call sheet.

And moreso that NXT isn't as good as developing talent as we thought

PUMP IT UPWrestleMania 11 is pretty trash
It's also why I'm kind of ok with the foreign heel as long as it is done well. I'd argue both Owens and Jinder are coming at it from the right way. Jinder is doing the original plan for Muhammad Hassan before it went really racist with the terrorist angle, and the benefit here is Jinder is actually an Indian Canadian whereas Hassan was 100% Italian pretending to be Arab.
It works for me because i see it as a criticism of the xenophobic mentality. Owens and Jinder are faces for me...

I didn't watch Fast and Furious 8, but Vin is the main character. If the issue was really Rock wanting to taker over, that's dumb.

DAMN PAL
WE'RE DOWN FROM A 3.105
It's tough to swallow the subjective heel approach. "You hate diversity" and "You hate me cause I'm rich" is a real have your cake and eat it too sort of approach.
I blame it on Miz not being there.Juicy Jinder hindering the ratings.
Randy "All Lives Matter" Orton gonna have to kill his push before it kills Smackdown.
*Bret has Backlund in a submission*
"Bob, do you give up?"
"Nnnnnoooaoaaauuuggh"
"...Bret, do you give up?"
Yeah that changes a lot of things... everyone was all Rock is so nice, Vin is such an ass....
If the Rock was really demanding he be given the franchise... kinda makes him the jerk no?
And if that was the case, him being so public about it... kinda makes him the jerk no?

That match was so fucking bad.
Paul Walker is clearly the main character in F&F.
With him dead it's all up in the air. Rock is the one who made the franchise as big as it is.
lmao
Oh Rock. You can take the man out of the carnival, but you can't take the carny out of the man.
For sure.
The Fast and Furious franchise is still alive because of the Rock, Vin should know this.
4 was mediocre and it wasn't til Fast Five (the best of the franchise, imo) with Dwayne that they morphed into actual good action movies.

Zach was conceived from one of those.
I wouldn't be super friendly with someone trying to take my spot
wasn't Vin Diesel considered a super nice dude? I remember when Paul Walker died he flew right to Walker's mother's house to spend time with her

So what though? He's not the main character.... It's not Rock's job to demand he be the main character.
Fast Five was a success because they did a slight genre pivot and got away from being car porn movies to being Oceans 11 but with cars
In fate of the furious, was the plot written around Rock? Was he the main character?
If so, there is an argument to be made, if not, the main characters is still Vin, and even when Paul was alive Vin was the center of some of the movies, not only plotwise, but also exposure wise. If he is the character that is around the most and the plot is written around him, he is the star and that's the end of that.
Rock is the one who made the franchise as big as it is.
Nobody wants to be co main event brother!
Seven matches, though. What a time to be alive.
I kinda want to rewatch that Hart/Backlund match. >_>
It's IMO the worst one. 9 is pretty awful but it's worth watching for the insane spectacle and the hilarious moment of Hogan winning the belt and burying both Yoko and Bret in 30 seconds. 11 feels like a damn In Your House, it was held in Hartford for christsakes.
eh, I think NXT is still hurting from the draft and the cruiserweights. Collectively that was a massive drain on their roster and the end result is that a lot of people who weren't ready for TV yet are now on TV
Let's face it. This is the only reason that Jinder is a heel. It's not xenophobic mental in general is more specifically American. But I rather have Jinder as a champ than Brock at this point. Brock is just wasting everyone time at this point.
I said a week ago that WWE was trying to wait out the JBL stuff, and lo and behold a week later it's all but dead.
You on a chronological journey, TarpitCarnivore?
I mean, it' still gonna be Vin's show since he's now a producer, but he's being a little egocentric if he thinks the franchise has maintained alive based on his name, dude tried to bring back Riddick and no one really cared.
Plus, whatever argument you have is invalidated by the fact that you're a jobber waiting to happen at GWF 3.
