I've been saying this for a while, Braun Strowman is Brock Lesnar without all the negatives and ego.

I feel like you might be jumping the gun here. Brock has way more actual physical talent than Braun does (or at least has shown). Ruthless Aggression era Brock was a legit solid wrestler.

EDIT: Also, just a reminder

Kenny and the Bucks are probably the only real big name independent talent I could see who would go straight to the main roster and not NXT like everyone else does.

Well one was a champion college amateur wrestler, the other was a strongman champion. They are pretty different kinds of athletes with completely different toolsets. Both impressive, but very different. It's why I personally don't compare Braun with Brock. I don't think Braun really has the ability to reach what Brock was at his peak in the ring.

Young bucks like AJ worked TNA and ROH therefore know where the hard camara is. They go to the main roster

Omega cant tell a hard camara from a soft one to NXT he goes

Brock might be ahead on the physical talent aspect, but Braun ain't no green big man either. He knows what to do with his size and given time, I think he'll get as good as Lesnar. Where Braun has a step up, IMO is that he doesn't need a mouth piece. He can sell himself and be the monster among men they promote him as without a Paul Heyman by his side.

Yeah no.

The negatives and ego help make Brock what he is. They add to his aura.

Brock has a lot of shitty matches under his belt on account of his "I don't care" attitude. He is notorious for being difficult to work with. Both Roman and Ambrose have stories about how Brock was someone who did not want to map out a plan or story. His "aura", as it were, is fed by whoever is in the ring with him and can help carry him to a good match.

It's nice when two people can step into the ring and give a shit about what is about to transpire. The Goldberg program worked because the two are friends irl.

The brand loses nothing if Brock decides to leave one day. His sole purpose is to be a foil to the rest of the characters as they explore what it takes to best him but, in and of himself, he is garbage.

I want to see Braun do a 450 splash

Normally I'd request a moonsault but I just imagine him doing monster hands as he claws himself through a frontflip

The brand loses it's biggest and most recognizable star. That's not nothing. Yes, ultimately everybody is replaceable, but it's not easy. You can't just replace Brock with another big scary strong dude and expect business to just carry on. There's a reason Vince puts up with Brock's demands.

I feel like their biggest and most recognizable stars are still Cena and to an extent The Rock. Brock isn't going to be fighting MMA again any time soon, and some of that star power is lost the more he's away from that bigger stage. Honestly, Brock's biggest draw is that he's amazing to watch in the ring, live or on PPV. That's all he has to do, and that's all he brings to the table. If he's gone tomorrow, you might not be able to replace a once in a lifetime athlete, but you wouldn't be missing too much to be honest. I'm even saying this as someone who loves to watch Brock do what he does.

I-uh, just want to-uh be the face-uh for once-uh.

*one year later*

Seth-uh, give me a feud-uh, I'll get you super over-uh like I did Roman-uh.

HHH failed getting Roman and Seth over. Roman was an utter failure and Seth's only really a tepid average babyface.

Best match was with Ambrose. Sad!

Although I know it was through necessity, WWE should really get into the habit of making long term Main Eventers Part time. It makes them special. Brock wrestling sporadically is an event, meanwhile Orton wrestling weekly is boring as shit.

Trips eliminating Roman finally got him the pop he'd been searching for when he was taunt spamming at Summerslam 2006 and sadly limping out at Summerslam another year.

HHH still hasn't realized beating HHH doesn't get you over.

If Kenny Omega had made the jump when there was buzz around his name, I think he'd have been main event material.

Now? He's just another worker they don't have under their umbrella.

What about when they do the Okada rematch and have another 5 star match?

Just steal the Angel Wings. It looks sort of like a Pedigree while obviously not being the Pedigree. Call it the "Kingslayer."

That would've been great. Especially if he actually used that to beat HHH.

A Rainmaker into a knee sounds boring, but eh. At least he'd still be able to do it on big guys.

Still would've rather he just renamed the Curb Stomp like how Cena renamed the FU.

The name wasn't the problem with the Curb Stomp, it was that it was seen as a dangerous move by Vince that kids could easily replicate to hurt their friends with.
