Shimmer was pretty good - 3 great singles matches, a fun tag match and a good main event. Well worth checking out.

As for joshi, it's kinda hard to follow as not everything makes it out of Japan, but there's a bunch of stuff on youtube and dailymotion - here's a couple of recent shows;
