I like the song, a lot. Fuck the haters.

And I stand by "My life would suck without you", the title lyric of Miss Kelly Clarkson.

You can't just say your feelings. That makes me angry!

Me too. I like it for what it is, a pretty well crafted pop song. They're harder to create than you'd think.
 
I just remembered this one: "I cried like a baby..."

Dream Theater's singer is pretty good [I get sick of him quickly but won't doubt his singing abilities] but damn that guy is a terrible lyricist sometimes. Wept like a child would improve the sound so much more, especially since that particular song [no idea what the name is, just heard it once before] is slow and to me it just sucks the life out of the song's somber atmosphere.

i don't have a problem with the lyrics in the OP, pointing out that most dancers are indeed human sounds far more stupid than the lyrics themselves to me. That line was obviously meant as funny/joke, i mean...obviously.
Kinda like that old DEVO classic

one line i've always found embarassing is Madonna's

Wow, so much hate for that song. I think it is decent, and not *ridiculous* at all, considering all the other crap that's supposed to pass as "lyrics" in other songs.

It's still kind of weird but it's not like he's just stating a random fact for 50% of society.
