The last couple of Ubisoft games I got came with PC hardware I bought. Same garbage, different bag.

Firm no.

Probably not. I didn't like the Bagdad one. I am a little tired of the formula right now.

i will. because there's nothing to play. at least we can always count on a mildly entertaining jump in/jump out experience to fill the void of nothing to play until something else comes around.

You bought a game 10 years ago and haven’t played it?
This is not all that rare for me, I still have not played Persona 5 (the non royal edition) which I bought day one, and DMC4 I think took ...~6 years before I played it. If I count games that I buy on sale on steam then I am sure I have a ton more, but yeah... I sometimes buy games I want to play but then play other things. I actually kept my P5 steelbook by my TV for years to remind me, but I always wanted to play other things first, and my game schedule has been jam packed since September or so, and no signs of slowing down. I probably could have saved a decent chunk of change.

If it is free on Epic, maybe. Last AC game I played as Syndicate, which was free on Epic. When the games became 80 hour "rpgs", I lost all interest.

I’m having a hard time deciding between the Steam version or the PS5 version. I have a newborn and 2.5 year old. So I’ll be playing most of it portably.

Steam:
4090 - best performance
Steam Deck - verified with uplay cloud saves, suspend button

PS5:
Ps5 - great graphics but not a 4090
Portal - no suspend button but better graphics than the Steam Deck.

So do I play most of it on Steam deck, the worst graphics option but suspend button to play some on a 4090 and have it tied to my Steam library, or do I play most of it on Portal, medium graphics option, probably better haptics, but no suspend button and no 4090 option?

🤔 hmmm

Never purchased an Assassin's Creed game. If this one does well, maybe I'll check it out, but I don't know. I checked out Valhalla at one point and it just felt so dated to me. I got bored with it pretty quickly and put it down. I've definitely heard stories about this one better than that one, etc. But since that was the last one, it makes me really question how this one will play.

No. I've never been a fan of the series and Ubi games are mostly chores. I will admit that I like that this game has seasons. That's neat, at least. But still won't convince me to get it.
