Are you interested in buying a $399 Xbox One without Kinect?

Honestly, I'm just interested in buying the One period. To me, it's about waiting until I have enough games for the time I have to play them with the price of entry all balanced out. Without a doubt, the One is my next console purchase, and as long as Kinect is priced at 100 USD, or I can get a One for cheaper than 400 to match the cost of a kinect SKU when I can afford the whole package, I couldn't care less about getting the whole package now or later. I am happy I have more options though.

Why should I buy two consoles right now. I have a PS4 and a good PC, no need for a weaker console for the same price as a ps4. Maybe in 2-3 years when there are good games in the library which are worth the price of an xb1.

Absolutely not. And most of the GAFers demanding this change sure as hell won't buy one, either. No one will put their money where their mouth is.

To be honest, I think the only thing that would get me to buy one would be an exclusive as good as the original Halo was (which was pretty much what convinced me to get an Xbox to complement my Gamecube).

No.

1. Not quite cheap enough.
2. Game catalogue not big yet.
3. I want a Slim redesign with accessible hard drive storage.

Sort 1 and 2, seriously tempted but I'll try to wait it out for a slim SKU which would be ideal, lots of games, mature hardware and software, best yet to come, all at a cheaper price. Not really in a rush to buy any new console. E3, never know, might be something I must play.

Still too pricey for me and not enough exclusives I care about BUT they did good today and hopefully they show enough down the line for me to purchase one at some point.

No. The lineup isn't that impressive from here to the fall. So its better to wait it out till the holiday lineup . For now i'm sticking to Ps4 and PC for my gaming needs.

Sure, but I haven't jumped on board this gen yet.

I'm certainly more interested in a cheaper XB1 without Kinect than one with.
Interest in XB1 has now gone from zero to maybe.

No because there ain't many games I want to play are exclusive. Right now it's Quantum Break but I won't buy Xbox One just for one game.

Let's see after E3. The Wii-U and the Xbox One are mighty tempting right now...games I'm really interested in are only on these consoles. Which is nice!

792p says no.

Honestly I'll likely upgrade my PC and get a PS4 when more exclusives are out. I see no reason to consider both systems, especially one so underpowered and with a bad taste in my mouth still since the 180.

This is a smart move though on their part.

No, still not enough exclusives I want. I'd get every multiplat on PS4 and the only Xbone exclusive that's out I'm interested in at the moment is Dead Rising 3.

No I haven't picked up any of the new consoles yet. Probably will pick up a ps4 sometime this year maybe, but right now all I need is my pc and vita.

They got the price point more to my liking, but honestly I've been saying all along it needs to be 349.99 without Kinect. The hardware is inferior to the PS4. However, with that being said I am very interested in the games they have coming such as Sunset, and especially Quantum Break (love Remedy). So with that and what they show at E3 they most likely have a purchase from me in a few months.

I'll still be playing all my 3rd party games on PS4 but I finally hop on for the exclusives.

Even at the lower price of $400, I think they need to amp up the deal by bundling a couple games. Maybe a voucher for a digital download for your choice of two of the launch titles.

Nope, still haven't forgotten how they intended to screw us over, and I certainly haven't forgiven them either, so they aren't getting a cent from me anytime soon.
And that's coming from someone who owns over 300 Xbox 360 games.

Too late I bought a PS4.

I don't trust Microsoft. They made mind boggling poor decisions to begin with and now have to suffer the embarrassment of admitting how wrong they were.

Also I have a PC.

I think as gamers you need principles and to vote with your wallet.

As such, I will never buy an Xbox One, no many how many times they backpedal and revert previously terrible concepts and anti-consumer policies.

Nope, not until it gets some exclusives I'm genuinely interested in playing. Thus far, there's one (Dead Rising 3), but I'm gonna need at least four or five more before I drop $399 on a new console. I haven't picked up a PS4 for the same reason, its got one exclusive I'm interested in (Infamous).

For me to ever consider buying a Xbox One it needs to have an exclusive that's as good as Last of Us and be $299.

Either this or have 3-4 exclusives that I really want. Sunset Overdrive looks great, but not great as need to drop another $399 to play.

I didn't buy a slim PS3 until it hit that price point and by that time, it began the domination of exclusives compared to the 360 going forward.

Microsoft could come to my house tomorrow and give me the Xbone for free and I still wouldn't be interested.

wow, lol

Not at all.

I might buy one in several years to play the Halo games I missed out on, but that's it. Halo games were my only reason to buy the original and 360 and that'l continue going forward.

Kinect-less console is not enough.

I'll consider when the following happens:

Slimmer redesigned console
Redesigned, controller friendly UI
GENUINE price cut
More games to get me excited (tired of Halo & Gears)

Maybe when those things happen I'll get one but PS4 is killing it for me so no sale (for now)

MS can't do anything to intice me, there's really no good games for the platform and that's what it's all about. Besides, who wants to be laughed at for having a xbone anyways.

I won't be buying one for time restraint reasons, but I'll definitely consider one if the price is right in December.
