That's Twitter/facebook compression. Actual stills grabbed from USB will look great. And Twitter images have more obvious compression--I'm quite confident compression is not the primary problem in those images. Compression artifacts are very tell-tale and mess up colors, they don't just blurr the entire image evenly and cleanly.
