Haha, gotta love the gimmicky Avengers cover.

Check the link for the previews: http://www.comicscontinuum.com/stories/0409/16/marvelfirsts.htm

Yeah, I think Hawkeye is done for. But someone needs to get Bendis off this book until New Avengers or something, because this dialogue is horrible.

SPOILERS!

Avengers #502:
Big battle with a Kree warship, Hawkeye dies. Dr. Strange shows up at the end in spirit form and IIRC he says magic's involved in all the sh*t that's coming down on their heads recently.

Astonishing X-Men #5:
Ord gets his ass kicked by Colossus, and Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D. show up at the end to break up the fight. I don't think much else happened in this issue. Shades of Morrison...

Oh, and Uncanny X-Men #449:
Sage = Wolverine in holographic disguise, so that's how "she" survives getting shot in the head by Viper. Oh, and it looks like Sage is going to betray the team to rejoin the Hellfire Club. Or something, I wasn't really paying attention.

Hey Spike

Sage has know Xavier too long IMO... I wouldn't be surprised if this is one of those long term undercover so I can keep an eye on them gigs

I dunno... Granted, I barely read the thing but on the last page
Sage is eavesdropping on Shaw and some other Hellfire members while they're scheming and sh*t, and IIRC I think he says something about finding "someone else interested," and I got the impression he knew she was there listening. And the final panel's a close-up on her smiling lips.

And the write-up for #452 in the solicits says the Hellfire Club's back and Sage has gone missing.

Well yeah but that doesn't change what I meant... this could be one of those ones where only like one person on the team knows she went undercover because..... your reactions had to be realistic, etc...
