So what are peoples thoughts on the wildcard match? Quantic or Rattlesnake?
Dota lounge betting is favouring quantic but I find the people on there tend to favour western teams over eastern. Bit hard to tell cause both teams haven't really played much lately as I guess they've been in boot camp mode.

I'd argue that THE PLAY is horrible for someone new to understand. Any well coordinated team fight is a better place to explain what happened.

Yeah, as best as I could make out one team was launched an ambush but the other team was able to take it and go on a major counter attack that wiped the first team out.

Really though Tobi does a fantastic job of seeing whats happening and delivering play by play. Just too much yelling for my tastes. My favorite casting team is LD and Lumi. Those guys just work great together.

Everything else is awkward sex jokes, just flat out wrong (he's a goner, no way out...the he easily escapes), or misinformation about builds.

Still, I like him, but he needs a level headed co-caster for the more in-depth stuff.

SingSing casted with Tobi during a few Defense matches last year. He wasn't half bad as a color commentator and kept his language fairly PG.

I think he could be a good shoutcaster if he put in the effort.

Depends. Have you read a serious interview with Sing-Sing? Guy knows his shit.

He can probably make a good caster.

Players or viewers? Player count already started dropping from its peak today and the times suck for the largest viewing regions.

If Valve held the tournament in a time zone friendly to Russia and China, and Na'Vi and DK/TF/LGD.cn were in the finals, the tournament could probably break 1m concurrent viewers.
