Also, dunno if you read my previous effort-post about RPG supplements, but the latest Bundle of Holding is for Unknown Armies. If you didn't pick it up the first time around, now's your chance. The setting is brilliant, super-interesting and cool. Make sure to read the scenario called Fly to Heaven found in One Shots and note the year it was published. Jailbreak is also excellent, found in the same book and both were written by Greg Stolze.

MoVida and MoVida Next Door (the latter doesn't take bookings). Spanish tapas menu, very good stuff, though been a while since I've been.
Maybe Cumulus Inc? Most Melbourne stuff tends to be heading towards more casual dining in the past few years.

Went to MoVida Next Door about a month ago, was really good too. And agree re the casual dining thing. Is really good. (except the queueing bit...)

+1 for Mamasita, just expect to wait a while on busier evenings, they sometimes have about 15-30 minute wait times, but a very fast turnover of patrons (I don't think they do bookings). The wait may sound bad, but damn is the food awesome. Their slow cooked pork belly is to die for!

They do bookings for more than six from memory. The ceviche is also pretty nice, and of course the ox tongue tacos, the corn are good too.
Ask for some "daddy's porn juice", if you're game.

Spent my weekend tracking down decent quality videos of it online. So friggin hard to get any information on the show! We have 2 DVD's but they were scratched to hell ages ago.
Got all of season 1 and half of season 2 now. Season 3 starts next year! Woo!
Also both shows seem to piss off a lot of fruitcakes, which always fills me with schadenfreude

You can only buy small batches of episodes, which really sucks.
Just offer up whole seasons ffs! It's The Simpsons all over again, where they offer 5 episode DVD's for a while until they finally caved and started doing Season collections.

Guys, I'm moving into a new house. I've inspected the house and need to make a technical choice:
A. ADSL2+ with the condition that I am less than 500m away from an Exchange.
B. Optus Cable Internet given that the connection is already in the rental property.
C. Telstra Cable Internet given that the connection is already in the rental property.
On one hand, the cost of cable split 3 ways is relatively cheap, on the other hand, using Cable only locks us into Telstra or Optus. Also there is no fucking documentation of Cable Congestion per suburb on the internet so there's no way to tell how the speeds will vary during peak times.
Advice pls.

That's the thing, I know it will be fucking fast if the node isn't busy. If the suburb I will move into is a busy cable suburb then cable speeds can possibly dip below ADSL2+ speeds from a nearby exchange.

edit: I'm trying out the first episode of sherlock and i'm not hating it. martin freeman is the best and dumbfirstname dumblastname has the best voice but the weirdest everything else. i dunno if i like it, will try the gf on it in the future too

FWIW I have Optus cable with one of the speed packs (don't remember requesting it), on one of the biggest nodes with the most CMTS in the country. Even in peak times it's pretty good.
